Plus I love to support local peeps! I am so glad we found Confident Coffee! First of all, I just looked for what was close and this was it... not to far off the freeway. However I feel like unless you know it's there, strangers to this area would definitely not see it. It's a hidden gem in a quiet plaza (at least on a Sunday afternoon) that didn't have many people around. I honestly couldn't tell if it it was open at first but luckily it was! Ohhhh I felt like we hit the coffee jackpot! The place was adorable! I loved the cell decor, the love plants, the cool vibes of the place and I knew I was going to get great coffee. They sold local syrups and cute items besides coffee and pastries. I ordered my drink which is 3 shots of espresso, a couple pumps of caramel sauce in it and a 2 oz of half and half. My daughters ordered caramel latte and a blueberry latte. They were made perfectly and the staff were amazing: beautiful, friendly and fun! I also loved that they had made a little box to write special notes to seniors in the area! I wish we had this in Texas because we would definitely be regulars

The shop is decorated in such a cute and thoughtful way, making it a really pleasant place to relax, sit down, and enjoy your drink. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, which made the experience even better, especially for a first visit. They were happy to answer questions and offer suggestions, and you could tell they genuinely care about their customers. I also loved the variety of items they offer. It is not just a typical coffee stop, there are so many options to choose from, making it easy to find something for everyone. Everything felt well curated and intentional. Overall, this coffee shop exceeded our expectations and made a lasting impression on us. I honestly wish we had a location like this in California because it would quickly become a regular spot for us. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area and highly recommend stopping by if you have the chance.

With 2 shots of espresso amongst 16oz of water, it tasted very watered down. The dominant flavor was Carmel syrup as I drank it--the coffee flavor that I did taste was that of stale beans. There was no line at 4:30pm, and as is typical in Bentonville the service was friendly. Conclusion: Unfortunately I think this is the only coffee-serving establishment beyond security. I would not recommend this place -- and honestly I would buy a bottled coffee/energy beverage from a refrigerator case over this cafe's coffee if I was at XNA again and desperate for post-security Java--at least with a bottled beverage you know what you're getting.
