They were very slow and getting customers through the line, and while they weren't rude they certainly weren't cheerful and friendly either. After agreeing to their checkout tablet's coercive 21% tip on my drink, I noticed on my receipt that Onyx also added in a 4% charge for "Employee Benefits". That's on top of all the other sales tax added on. After all that they didn't even give me what I ordered. Without asking me, or even clarifying, they gave me a flat white instead of a cappuccino. The drink wasn't even any good. I don't know why people would come to this coffee shop.
