As soon as I arrived to the spot were they drew blood, the first thing that she said to me was "what is wrong" in an aggressive tone. I replied that saying good morning , she kept asking me more than three times aggressively "what's wrong?" I tried to explain her about costumer service and she said "I don't care." My experience was horrible. The only professional person there is Josh, he is very respectful and kind. He is not like the others horrible workers there. I have decided for my health to never go back to that location.

(she assisted me on my first and second donation, and she did spectacular on my stick today.) My only negative would be about the facility. They only had one kiosk working.
