I hate seeing these negative reviews. It is really baffling to me because I have gone here numerous times and always had a very positive experience. Everyone did their jobs exceptionally well and were very caring and polite while doing them. I have had to call on 2 different occasions because my drs office did not send the orders. They were very helpful and took care of the issue for me. My tests are read and results posted very quickly...as in a matter of hours. I had to use another facility last week because Alliance's CT machine was't working. The office manager called ahead and made sure they knew I was fasting and needed to be seen right away. The second facility had a nice staff and I was seen fairly quickly but I am still waiting on the results! That was 4 days ago! Also, as for the wait time, I have never had an issue. read more

Ive been here numerous times for various MRIs - brain, neck, back. Some with and some without contrast. Facility is very clean. I have consistently had great service here. They burn a disc copy for you while you wait which is so helpful. Seen on time, the techs explain the procedure well so you know what to expect. Care quality is great! Ugh!!! My appointment time that I was given was 12:00 midnight. My arrival was 11:40. Its now 1:39am and I have yet to be called for my MRI. I asked the receptionist at 1am why it was taking so long. I was then advised that in the system my fricking appointment is for 1:15am!! Im sitting here watching everybody go ahead of me, This is ridiculous. Its uncomfortable in the waiting area because its cold in here and the seats are too low for persons with knee injuries and wearing immobilizers. The receptionist was nice but the wait is wayyyyyyy to long here. AND ITS Now 1:51am and I'm still sitting here. I'm not pleased. read more

January 19, 2023 Came in for a neck and back scan; it was an easy check in because it had already gotten price. The office is nice. All the employees at the front and the MRI tech were nice and comforting because I get high anxiety being enclosed like that...but that's what valium is for!! LOL! Went in today, 7/18, for a MRI. Arrived at 2:30, filed out paper work and waited for my 3:00 appointment . After an hour, asked how much longer I had to wait. Told they forgot to call me. Told it would be another 30 minutes. Checked again at 4:00. Told it would be another 30 minutes. At 4:30, told it would be 20 more minutes. This is while numerous people were taken back for their procedures. Left after 2 hour wait. Pathetic. Would rate zero stars if I could read more

You will wait FOREVER. Bring a book and maybe a lunch. The doc doing the injection was quick and good but if you're looking for efficiency- well they're still looking for it too. read more

don't use this place under any circumstance, you will get scammed. first they wasted 3 hours of my time only to reschedule my appointment. then they proceeded to charge me $600 for an MRI that was only supposed to cost $180 with my insurance. they still refuse to refund the difference. go somewhere else like gulf coast mri or lakeside. this place WILL screw you! read more

I've had several MRIs in the last few months. This was my first visit to this place though. The staff was great and informative at the front desk. It was not busy so I didn't have to wait long. The actual MRI went great. I appreciated that the technician was informative throughout the scan. She told me how long each segment was going to last. I felt comfortable throughout the process. I think this was the best MRI I have ever had. read more

My experience was very good. I had some paperwork to fill out and once that was turned in I was called back almost immediately. I had to get an injection into my shoulder and the doctor who performed that completed it in a painless manner. I was very impressed. Again almost immediately I was called back for the MRI. The MRI Tech that worked with me (I think her name is Rachel) was very nice, kind and professional. She did a very good job of explaining everything to me throughout the entire process. Alliance MRI is in very good hands with people like Rachel. I recommend this place to anyone who needs to have an MRI performed. read more

We were told to be in 15 minutes prior to appointment time, pretty standard. We were there for an arthrogram/MRI. The Doctor didn't start on his arthrogram until 1 hour PAST the time they told us to come in. While we're waiting on the arthrogram portion to be done, another patient comes in, sits by us and then is almost immediately taken into the MRI room in front of my son. My son had to wait for the MRI room to open back up, because a patient who came in an hour and 20 minutes after him, got to go in before him. He waited in a gown for over 30 minutes on someone who had an appointment well over an hour after his.. this is beyond frustrating. Better scheduling needs to be implemented. We were told to be here by 1:45pm, they didn't start until 2:45, and now it's 3:40 and we're still waiting for the MRI portion to be done.. read more

If you have the option of going anywhere else for your imaging needs, I'm gonna strongly recommend you do so!!! We brought my 83-year-old mom in for a simple chest X-ray. She was very ill, and these soulless vampires let her sit there for over an hour, with only one patient before her. When they finally took her in, the tech told us she had been back there doing paperwork. We inquired twice. Oh, we're so busy busy. No emotion. No compassion. And certainly no sense of urgency. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. First I called to book my appointment, the only appointments that were available were late evening, the scheduler offered to call me once she confirms her appointments and it would be after 1:00pm, that called never happened. I call back later and they were booked out 2 days, ok, I booked at 500pm arrival 445pm. I arrived early at 415pm to fill out paperwork and at 545 pm I asked how much longer, they said 5 minutes. Another 15 mins later at 600pm I asked to reschedule, at that time they finally took me back. I completely understand running late but communication goes a long way. Also, I asked when I left if I can get a CD to take to my specialist, the tech assured me they would have the results and images. When I called my specialist they wouldn't see me until I had the CD for him to view. The office told me they refer to Alliance all the time and they know the specialist needs the CD. From scheduling to receiving the results the communication in the office was terrible. The only thing they were spot on with was the payment, when people are paying $500 out of pocket you would expect better service read more

Have used this place on a few occasions at least once for myself and a three times for my son for his sports injuries. I know there's some negative reviews on here but we've had a pretty good experience here. The price seems reasonable. Yes we've had to make late evening appointments but that's only because we didn't make the appointments well in advance. read more

I was referred here and I showed up only to be told the machine was broke and they couldn't help ke until the following day. I was really irritated because they could have given me a heads up. Hi, our machines are broken, don't waste your time, gas or energy getting down here.. It wasn't like I was the first person there or the first appointment.. in fact there was a woman leaving as I walked in that said I have been waiting for 2 hours, y'all could have said something sooner. I wouldn't have left a one star solely based on that experience, but the Dr who referred me there never got the report back. So when I went to get the results, after my PT was finished, I had to wait an additional 30-45 minutes or so just for them to hear back from Alliance. (Had I known it would take that long for the fax, I would have said call me when you get the fax..) read more

My 17 year old son was referred here for a MRI of his back due to persistent back pain. Gabby at the front desk is an absolute gem, she was very friendly and helpful. Gabby has the perfect personality and positive energy that people need to encounter when facing stressful health situations requiring a scan. My son was very impressed with the staff during his MRI scan. This establishment is very clean, efficient and professional. My appointment was at 4:00 it was 4:45 when I asked how much longer it was going to be. I was told 20 minutes because machine was down till around 2:00. They asked if any called to advise me of the situation I said no and that was the end of that. I told them they were already on Yelp with bad reviews for the same reason. When I first drove up I cringed because I came here about two years ago while I was in the waiting room I had an episode and my blood sugar went down and I was treated so rude I was shaking uncontrollably I asked for a piece of candy or anything that could help they told me to go to the store two blocks away I was not in any condition to drive. They acted as if I just wanted something for free from them. If I had a picture of the way they looked at me. I think I'm getting ready to leave this place. read more
