Walked in appointment time at 3:35 it is now 4:43 still have not had vitals taken. When I arrived 8 people waiting to have vitals and 8 people waiting to donate. They continue to take new donors who have just walked in knowing that we have been waiting over and hour. Choose another location do better biolife do better. James and Shamese at Bio life Warner... Shamese and James at Bio life Warner Robins, Georgia are exceptional people. All the staff members at bio life Warner Robins are amazing. James is very attentive and really caring. He understood that I had a reaction at my previous donation and remembered me. He payed close attention to my vitals the whole step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Shamese and James follows protocol and was very professional. Shamese was the nurse working and presented such a caring spirit. Anyone looking to donate should go to the Warner Robins, Georgia location. Very clean and caring facility! read more

Throw the whole staff away that hasn't quit yet!! No sense of urgency for patients! Was informed that when the corporate people come in everyone including managers wants to work but when they are not no one is on the floor but 2 people! Lines are long, people are just sitting in chairs while the nurses talk about nothing!!! Close down if you can't do good business!!!! read more

Screaming lady working at front desk, major Karen. Caused me unnecessary anxiety and heart to race, she wasn't directly yelling screaming at me but I feel like it was her intention because of her perception and assumption of me. Would have been first time donating because it was something I wanted to do out of altruism's sake but she was making the implication that I was some kind of homeless druggie just because I was not from the area. Even though I had a up-to-date Georgia DL at that time. Never bothered to ask why I was in the area, just jumped to assumptions and antagonized me for no reason. read more

I feel like they could be more accommodating of people with smaller veins. The needle they use is extremely large and painful which basically eliminates those with smaller veins from being able to donate. There's no reason why I should have to risk my health by drinking GALLONS of water in a 24-48 hour span just to be able to have veins that are plump enough for the needle(which still doesnt guarantee they will even allow you to donate by the way) . Why make the donor go through unnecessary changes when you can simply change the needle? This almost feels like malpractice. read more

I really hope that it's possible to leave this place ZERO STARS. After scheduling an appointment online, I drove 25 miles to donate. Upon arrival, they told me I was deferred because they lost my protein sample from the first time I went. Meanwhile, BioLife is texting me all the time asking me to come donate, knowing they wouldn't let me donate. Why didn't the website let me know this? In addition, Jasmine was extremely rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional. I've realized the hard way why they pay more than other centers. It's because they are paying you to put up with rude, and worse, untrained staff. The first time I went it took over 4 hours and the phlebotomist stuck straight through my vein causing a large bruise that lasted 3 weeks. Overall I would not recommend this place for anyone. Ever. UNPROFESSIONAL & IMCOMPETENT FACILITY - I drove 1.5 hours to the Warner Robins facility and was given a physical, cleared to donate plasma, but ultimately was unable to give that day because "my veins were not plump enough". Which was fine. I waited a week and scheduled a second appointment on their app. I drove the 1.5-hour, one way, trip only to find that the facility has closed early that day & did not notify me that my appointment had been cancelled. I'm ill but decide to try again 3 months later. I CALL THEM and schedule an appointment. My online profile said my physical was good thru November of this year. The lady scheduled me and said I didn't need another physical so she could see me at 6:30. This is my THIRD 1.5-hour, one way, trip to the facility. I get there, she says sign in. I sign in, the computer says I need a physical. I go thru questionnaire and turn around and the manager tells me I can not donate today because I need a physcial and they stop giving physicals at 6 pm., BUT I SEE THE GUY who does physicals sitting in his office. She refused to do my physical, said she was the manager & the only service she could offer me was a reschedule. I explained my drive and she didn't care. Most unorganized facility that I have ever been too. Manager was unconcerned, unhelpful, and never once apologized for THEIR TWO errors. I will never visit this facility again and I hope Biolife finds a new manager, because the one there now is unprofessional & incompetent. read more

I registered online and followed all instructions according to their welcome email. I avoided alcohol, drank lots of fluids, and had a healthy non-fatty meal an hour before I came. I brought all my documentation and was prepared. They denied me from donating saying that I had not eaten enough or the right kinds of food. I had a high protein yogurt cup (10-12 G protein) and grain free toast along with 28 ounces or gatorade. The alleged nurse (no idea what kind of qualifications this person has) told me "milk doesn't have protein. You are confused--it has calcium." So, that's the level of moronic medical management this place has...absolutely infuriating waste of time. read more

The first time I attempted to donate at Biolife, I bled all over the place. It was a mess, and my donation was incomplete.. I did not go back! I did go to CSL a few years later to try again, and I had a wonderful experience there. read more

They're a bunch of con artists. They promised me $100 but after they had my plasma they gave me $20 instead. When I asked for a manager I was given excuses and they made no attempt to keep their word. I will not be back.... read more
