After going to San Diego for a while and visiting that location I realized how little effort in put into the daily functions as they continue to off below standard business. They don't call donors regarding blood results because they don't have a regular physician. Low income neighborhood why do we have to settle for this. I have to call Marietta location because Macon don't answer the phone for weeks go here cause you have to you won't enjoy it though

I've been donating for 7yrs. I started when Trump was in office. The pay was so much better…read more Remember when c19 sham hit, they were urging people to donate even if they had it? Which they later changed their minds about that. Seems like that's when the fees started dropping. I don't think they pay the nurses well because within the year at least half the nurses had quit or got fed up. It's was a rough patch after that. The reason I'm writing this revue Now is the incompetance of the one's who do the sticks. I returned earlier this year and out of 5times I was only properly stuck once, LITERALLY! by Jenny. Ironically enough she did a restick on me on my next visit after another nurse screwup. the result of the restick was blood loss. So I get banned for 2mo. Again only because of the horrible mismanagement, lack of proper training and professionalism of it's revolving door employees. The GRIFOLS in Macon, GA. is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Sat 08/16/25 or about 11:00 am, I entered the Warner Robins Ga CSL center and went straight to…read morethe nurse line after being told on the phone 4 days prior I must see a nurse after a doctor's review over a significant hematoma I received at this same facility on 02 August 25. After the nurse pulled up my file, the one for two nurses on at this time said I my case was escalated due to "behavior on the phone". While standing to follow her I said mam, I'm 66 years old and don't speak to anyone inappropriately. This same nurse literally started YELLLING at me, door open, that yes, I did, and she was the one on the phone with me when said occurrence took place. When I attempted to reiterate said nurse YELLED louder, in public, to get out, leave the premises, she does NOT want me back and to NOT come back. I commented back that I don't need this abuse and that these people are crazy and left the facility. To wit, the only think out of my mouth in the past (3) phone conversations w/ any employee from CSL Plasma was, "I do not want the same phlebotomist that caused my hematoma to attend to me again" and, "That not being able to tell me, the HIPA covered individual on the phone why I had to drive 65 miles into CSL Plasma to tell me my doctors review was stupid for you called me and I'm obviously the said individual." Now, my wife was in this facility and head and witnessed all for verification. I was humiliated, looked down on, yelled at in a public venue, and made to feel of lesser value as a customer than CSL leads on to. I did not have an opportunity to speak to a higher authority NOR, anyway to calm this so-called medical professional down. My reasons for donating plasma were for medical reasons myself for I am a USMC Veteran, retired Petroleum Engineer, farm owner, with VA medical coverage that does not cover dental, and I had lost a front tooth of which I was trying to earn extra money to cover the cost of the implant to replace it. I am very much involved w/ the local veteran's community, local farmers, friends, family, and social media and do not believe people would look favorably to this public disgrace. These nurses at the CSL Plasma Warner Robins are running rough shot with professionalism, manners, they're harboring a higher than thou complex towards donors, cutting donors off in mid-sentence instead of listening to them, and now setting their own freedom of speech violations on what can and cannot be said to them in person or on the phone. I have spoken to Bio-Life Plasma in Warner Robins and am now telling EVERYONE I know who is going to CSL Plasma that Bio-Life Plasma appears more professional in all aspects. Regards. Blair H. Jones
