I have gotten 4 piercings from here and they have provided the best service out of any studio I've been to so far. They are clean and I feel safer in the studio with their COVID-19 safety standards. (Anyone leaving bad reviews for the wait times are overreacting, in my opinion, Its worth it to minimize the risk of COVID-19) I recommend this place to anyone who asks about my piercings, especially to those who have needle anxiety like me!! Very rude front female staff employee with short blonde hair. I was with my family members waiting outside because the door remained locked. Apparently you have to be buzzed in but there is no buzzing sound so there is no way to know when the door is opening for your turn. You recieve a text to come to the door, not to walk inside. Anyways, we waited about 45 minutes until I got a text to come to the door. I came to the door just as the text said and was never greeted by anyone assuming the door was still locked, as noted before there is no buzzing sound. The previous customers were greeted at the door by name so I was only right to assume the same would happen for me. There were some customers still paying so I was waiting for them to finish up to respect their space due to Covid assuming the employee would come open the door for me. She never came to greet me or even acknowledge us. She clearly saw us sitting on the bench for almost an hour outside. She had to have seen me right at the door when she claims she was repeatedly buzzing me in. How am I supposed to know this? Come to the door instead of letting me stand there like an idiot! I'm sure I am not the first person to do this as the text is unclear. Then new customers started walking in and getting service before us. I asked when we could be seen and the female gave me a very ugly, stuck up response infront of other paying customers. I was appalled by her attitude in that moment so I closed the door and left because of how rude she was after waiting so long. If she was more accommodating and understanding I would have no issue waiting even another hour. Dont be sour to your customers because your system of doing things is clearly not working. We went down the street to The Neon Jackal and the experience was the total opposite. We even saw customers there from this ding dong place too, they also left. Employees were very accomodating and sweet. I highly recommend skipping this place and going to The Neon Jackal if you want friendly service! read more

While the piercers are very knowledgeable the way they are running things and serving their customers can definitely be way better than it is. So they are basically making customers that just want to purchase jewelery wait in line with the same customers that are getting piercings which takes forever depending on how many people are already checked in to make a purchase that should only take less than 5 minutes. I took a friend to get her ears pierced after earrings tore through her original piercing. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. We took a few minutes to fill out our paperwork and maybe half an hour later, my friend was in the piercing room. The guy doing their piercing was working on someone when we got there and there was another person in front of us in line. He took a lot of time to make sure the markings where he would be piercing were even and she was happy with it. He was done in less than 10 minutes. He went over the cleaning process very thoroughly. He even changed out my tragus earrings for me. My friend paid $75 for her piercing and jewelry and he charged me $15 and that was him changing out the earring for a new one from his shop. The shop was extremely clean. I would definitely refer anyone I know looking to this spot. Well worth any drive! read more

Wow, what can I say that isn't great. The Covid-19 precautions that this facility is taking is extraordinary and they are doing a great job making their customers feel safe and clean. Ben, the piercer, was great and witty. I honestly didn't even feel any pain while getting my tragus pierced. He also gave me a good chuckle when he gave us the "grown-up ear care instructions" and the "millennial ear care instructions". I got my first piercing done here and it was fantastic! It's a walk-in studio, so it was super simple to get what I needed done. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The front desk staff could sense how nervous I was and she totally reassured me. This is definitely the most positive and pleasant experience I've had with any sort of piercing or procedure. I rated 5 stars based on professionalism, the actual piercing, cleanliness and sanitation, education in aftercare, and the fact that I was able to remain completely calm due to Aaron's professional yet gentle nature. I went in for a cartilage piercing. the atmosphere was nice - clean - very chilled out. Aaron was kind and warm. Clearly very knowledgeable, experienced and skilled because from the moment I got into the room he was explaining every step to me. From how it would be done, to what the impacts of it being done improperly could be versus how he is doing it, and how aftercare will work. He made a note to check if I had any questions reassuring me that no question is dumb but I had none because he explained everything pretty perfect. Once the piercing was happening I felt really relaxed and calm, and it was relatively painless for me. A quick pinch that hurt less than any lobe piercing with a gun I got as a kid. It was placed exactly where I wanted it, it looked beautiful and afterwards he showed me exactly how he did it and why the jewelry type being used was important. Aftercare has been easy for me because he explained it through and through. It's healing so nicely now and I'm sure it will heal in the two and a half span he said it should. To speak on behalf of cleanliness- I am licensed in esthetics and part of our education is sanitation disinfecting as well as skin anatomy. So I knew why he explained oils, namely tea tree oil, is a bad choice to use on your new piercing. It's too potent and can slow down healing. I also looked around the piercing room and it was kept very clean. Everything was handled well and I felt comfortable and reassured it would be a clean environment. My boyfriend came with me and commented multiple times on how knowledgeable and skilled Aaron seemed. He has never showed much interest in piercings but made a note to keep Aaron's business card because if he ever gets a piercing he wants it to be with him. And I agree- I'm from Florida and was just visiting but now I'm hesitant to go elsewhere because I want to have an experience like this again. If you're ever taking a minor to get a piercing, then you're in the right place here. The professionalism and education you would need is met well and you'll be happy with the results. He makes sure you have a pamphlet for aftercare as well and so long as the person being pierced is responsible with their piercing you should be great.
