I went to their shop on June 5th 2025 and got my tongue pierced with my best friend. Not even three days later my piercing was infected to the point where I had to go to the emergency room. I went to my normal tattoo and piercing shop and the piercer did in form me shante did pierce my tongue at an angle. she didn't feel comfortable taking the jewelry out for me. She wanted me to go to the emergency room due to the infection being so bad. My best friends started to get infected but caught hers in time. We called them to inform them what was happening and who ever answered the phone didn't show any type of compassion or responsibility. If anyone wants messed up piercings and infections go there. They won't fail you. read more

Every single plan we'd made got messed up somehow, but it's a good thing because this place made up for it. Everyone was SO NICE! I dunno the guys names, but they were nice and engaging even though they weren't the ones serving us. Chante is hilarious, and made the entire experience as painless as possible. Me and my sister went to get nose piercings which we were told were $30 ea. After the service, my mom checks her account she was charged $85. Whn called to ask about it, he said come back and we will change out the nose ring to a cheap one and refund ur money . My mom being a nurse said , why should my girls have to suffer and risk infection as a result of ur mistake? He got extremely rude and hung up the phone. So basically he stole money from us!! My husband and I went in to see the artists work. When walked in we were not greeted until we walked towards the workers which were sitting towards the back of the shop. I strongly feel that due to being Hispanic we were not welcomed. We tried to make small talk and let them know we were in the area and we're interested in seeing the portfolios. We were told they were there and they turned back around to watch the tv. Finally, there was one guy who answered our questions but the female with some pointed gold teeth kept making facial expressions and using her eyes to communicate to him while he was speaking to us like we couldn't see her. she was very rude and didn't make us feel welcome. It's sad to know that people are so racist and rude. We are Americans just like her and so instead of stooping to her level we thanked them for their time and left their business. I hope this review saves people from a having a bad experience such as ours. read more

Let me preface by saying that this was almost 2 years ago, but I still think about it every time I get another tattoo. Let me start by saying that these people are RUDE. I came in for a walk in (called before to make sure it was okay) and when I came in, instead of getting greeted I literally got asked "what do you want?". And not in a "what can I do for you" type of way. My tattoo artist was a girl, and she definitely appeared to be under the influence of something, which I didn't notice until about halfways through. My tattoo was a simple outline which I had emailed to her to print out. She was annoyed that I wanted it resized, annoyed at the placement I wanted, and said "what is this thing even supposed to be?". Even though it was a simple outline, she somehow messed it up, but it wasn't too noticeable so no biggie in itself. The real issues came when my tattoo was almost halfways gone 2 days later, and about 80% of the way gone a week later. When my husband called the shop to address the issue, he got yelled at and cussed out, I got accused of not correctly following aftercare instructions (I have 27 other tattoos that have healed perfectly), and then they hung up on us. I have since gotten a cover up, but after 2 years I still get flare ups of irritation in that spot, in the outline of where my tattoo was originally done. I wouldn't have even been that mad at the initial situation, but the way they handled it was extremely unprofessional, and I hope that they have since changed their ways. read more

Wow. This joint is run by bad people. I called in about a piercing I wanted to get done while I was in town to visit my brother, and asked about sterilization and piercing the cartilage part of my ear. The person was not only impatient, but had no idea what he was talking about. Didn't inspire a lot of confidence. The worst part though, the person put me on hold to (saying "I guess I can ask someone" about my question), and I could hear them talking at length about a customer who had apparently come into the store earlier. They referred to TWO racial groups using racial slurs. Really?? With a potential customer on the phone? I don't know if these guys were on drugs or what, but they were clueless and suffice it to say, unprofessional. When the guy got back on the phone, I asked to speak to the manager, and he said he was the "owner." Uh yeah, even worse! If that's true, the owner of the store is a racist and clueless about his trade. Great combo. I pretty much hung up on him. read more

This place is a joke.The tattoo artist had no input whatsoever about my friend's design concept even though my friend was clearly asking for advice. The artist also seemed highly uncomfortable with doing an original design. My friend wanted the tattoo to run from the top of his ribcage to his hip bone, but the artist was very resistant and kept making remarks like "I just don't think you should get a tattoo there". Instead of trying to collaborate with my friend about the location of the tattoo, he was trying to convince him to place it somewhere that may have been easier for him to tattoo. So basically, where we asked for the artist's advice we got none. Where we didn't ask for his opinion, he was very pushy with his opinion. Just a negative experience overall. But what prompted me to write this review was the cherry on top: SHAKY line work. Ughh. My friend says it can be fixed with a touch up, but it shouldn't have happened to begin with when you expect professional work. read more

I had a small tattoo done,two lines: four letters and four numbers. Though for him, it was probably only a ten-minute job ; to me, it was extremely meaningful. It was done by Jay Lenno. He was very professional, hygienic, detail-oriented and has excellent customer service. I had called twice ( to ask if they were "walk-in welcome" and to answer a question about my form of identification) beforehand, and unlike most shops, my call was answered courteously, patiently, and in a timely manner. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience from start to finish and will continue to go to Jay for all my future tattoos and piercings. In my personal opinion, one of biggest selling points was the extended hours in which this shop is open. For someone in the food service industry, and a busy and parent of three young children, this can make all the difference. So please, check it out. read more
