It wasn't pierced deep enough or placed correctly it was also the incorrect jewelry , so it rejected despite everything I was doing to help. I went back multiple times and was told it looked great every single time and just needed more time. I was even told to use cocoa butter, which didn't help and it even grew a bump/ pimple after I started that. I ended up having to pay another piercer to remove it because it was rejecting. When the time came to checkout, I stood at the counter to pay and was ignored even though I was standing in front of her. She did not acknowledge that I was there at all. She finally began ringing up my items but then stopped to talk to someone else for a few minutes. All while I am standing there just waiting. I finally asked the other associates, that were standing around the register, if they could complete the transaction for me since the "manager" started doing other things after ringing me up. They immediately scurried away. After a few minutes passed, the lady did tell me how much money to pay and continued ignoring me and talking to others. I had trouble checking out at the payment console since I wanted to bypass my pin, and had to ask the "manager" who was still ignoring me, what to do. I did point out, politely, that I was not getting basic customer service from them at this time. She then rudely told me what buttons to pushed and was very snappy. In hind sight I should have left the items there. I still might go get a refund. It seemed as though she was training the other employees on customer service and how to work at Claire's but this is definitely not behavior they should be mimicking. I only expected basic customer service and did not get it. Customer Service goes a long way. We will not be returning to this location even though it is the closest one to Magnolia where we live.
