I've been waiting for this place to open since I saw the sign go up. I missed the grand opening and was thrilled to finally go check them out. I received my 1st tattoo from their other shop - La Familia...so I'm kinda partial. Loved that place too. I walked in and the place was busy. Not a prob, I don't mind waiting. It's bright, welcoming, and spacious inside. I didn't wait long though, as Victor came over to help me. I told him that I would like a piercing and a tattoo, a start to a sleeve. I told him I knew I was a walk-in and do they have availability today. He said no problem. Hooray! I spoke to Andrea about the piercing, and she is a doll btw. She was totally helpful and told me what to expect, talked about placement, and how to take care it. We talked and boop she was done. Her bubbly personality made the process less stressful and enjoyable. And it was easy peasy. I showed Victor what I wanted and we talked about placement and his recommendations and I agreed. It looks amazing. He was professional and engaging, although I tried not to talk since I wanted him to focus. lol He stayed focused throughout the process. You can tell he enjoys what he does. He has a calming presence and will listen to you. You could tell they enjoyed working there and that they got along. I loved the vibe. I'll be going back to complete my sleeve. his is not your run of the mill tattoo shop- it is extremely clean, upscale and almost has a spa like atmosphere. I get my work done by Christian. He is extremely professional and so so talented! As a woman, I have had past experiences with other tattoo artists where they made comments while tattooing me that made me uncomfortable to the point I would only book female artists and I do not have to worry about that here! This place is warm, inviting, and impressively clean & neat! All staff I've encountered on my 4 visits here have been professional and friendly. Andrea rescued one of my piercings! My daughter and I went to get tattoos for her 18th birthday we had an amazing experience they are friendly and so helpful! For her it was it was the first time and the artist was so considerate of it being her first time and the tattoos for both of us turned out amazing definitely recommend!!
