When a crew member has caused minor damage to a wall or appliance, her default is to route it through her insurance rather than address it directly with her team. We are getting too old to do them and we have many very large windows. He gave us a quote of $225 cash which seemed like a great price. He arrived at 9:30 and finished about 1. He washed all the windows and screens inside and out (with the exception of the inside of our bedroom). They haven't been this clean in years, maybe as long as we've lived here.
