Chiao called me immediately and kindly and patiently walked me thru troubleshooting steps and told me exactly what to do when the Fluval power filter wouldn't work. This took probably 15 minutes of her time and she did it gratis!! Then when I started shopping for the power filter online, I found that the power filter that I have is no longer available and asked Chiao for more help. She answered my questions about that as well!
