I'm in disbelief…read more... I have a pre-drilled 75 Gal aquarium tank and was in a bit of a bind with my API Filstar XP canister filter which had a bad impeller and the water flow was poor. While looking for a replacement part, I found out that this filter was discontinued and replacement parts are scarce to non-existent.  I purchased a Fluval Canister filter but found out that it was not compatible with the existing plumbing.  Facing the propects of having to do a replumb, and not knowing where to start, and what parts I would need, I decided to google search for companies that could perform this service.   I called MK Aquarium and Kevin answered.  He took the time to understand my issue.  What I really appreciated about Kevin is that he decided that I could save money by doing the work myself AND he would be willing to walk me through how to do it.  Candidly, I was shocked and touched by this act of kindness from a business owner. Kevin was on the phone with me, answered all my messages and I was able to get it done.  My tank is up and running with no issues so far. As with any act of kindness, I'm playing it forward.  Anyone that is willing to assist a total stranger is high character in my book and it speaks volumes about the company itself.  If you need aquarium services , I strongly recommend you reach out MK and Kevin because they are going to be honest and fair..Thank you Kevin for the huge assist.

I only had a few days to book since my friend's schedule is super packed, and Bryan was quick to respond. He was very professional, moved quickly, and was patient. I didn't have any photos of the actual fish tank, but he agreed to come out and help. Once he arrived, he could spot a few areas that needed improvement and repair. He jumped right in! Plus, the family had extra tubes, a filter, and I had no idea what any of those were. He communicated well with me and my friend throughout the whole process and went above and beyond. Much better than the dark lava rock and black gravel that had been there for so many years. It is very relaxing to sit in front of and watch the fish swim about in their gorgeous new surroundings. I told him when he left it was completely green and I wasn't satisfied. He said it would take a day or two to clear up. It's been a week and a half and it is greener than what it was when I originally had them coming clean it. I contacted the owner Patrick and he told me that for them to come back out again and clean it it would cost me another hundred dollars. You would think that a company would stand behind their product or their service especially with all the good reviews that they have on Yelp. I've entrusted her with my senior heart dog, who hates getting her nails done (and also loves getting dirty). What is most remarkable is the amount of time Addiline takes with each and every dog to make sure they're comfortable. This is IMPERATIVE for training and exposure purposes. This ensures a groom doesn't instill fear (beyond the common anxieties), and is something that cannot be easily achieved by large commercial groomers or crowded shops. This requires patience, empathy, and deep understanding of her work and the dogs she is handling. After trusting her with Posie, I reached out to BATM to help with an abandoned and abused dog I had found a few days earlier. Addiline worked her magic on this neglected pup. She was very dirty and we had no clue her background with grooming (likely very limited if any). She took it slow and adjusted to meet Scarlett where she was at. She also did great with my excitable boy, Zuko. I will forever be a client! Addiline is such a wonderful source of information, I learn something from her each time we chat. She is such a ray of loving sunshine, and all the doggies can sense that Mobile grooming is of course pricier than Petco or a standalone shop, but I find BATM's prices very reasonable for mobile grooming. She made our dog Teddy feel very comfortable, and unlike his usual behavior, he let her pick him up and handle him with no problems. He was very overdue for some work, and she spent a long time cleaning, grooming and trimming him. She texted us a couple of times with updates. Nice! In the end, Teddy looked GREAT, and we could tell that he felt much better, too. He was wagging his tail and more energetic than usual. We really recommend Bark At The Moon!
