The communication was prompt, clear, and easy. They arrived on time ready to go and respectfully removed shoes upon entry every time they'd come inside of the house. This vendor is more thorough, more honest and has better communication than any we have ever worked with. Our saga began with a leak under our house that wasn't detected for a few months. By the time we learned of it, mold had set in. Four companies bid the job, and we quickly entered the Kafkaesque world of mold remediation (one vendor suggested tearing apart half our home and that we move out). We ultimately chose MACS Restoration because we were impressed with Jose, who was clearly the most knowledgeable and presented the most thorough recommendations, and we are so glad we did. Not only did Jose take care of our problem, but he went above and beyond at every step. I hope we won't have further mold issues (knock wood!) but if we did, I would call Jose and MACS Restoration without hesitation!
