Your offer to provide the panda corys at no charge following my experience with one of your new employees was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Customer service like yours can be hard to find these days, and your response was truly admirable and appreciated. I will definitely return the next time I'm looking to add to my aquarium. You have a beautiful, exceptionally clean shop with an amazing variety of fish and supplies. Thank you again for your kindness and for your continued contribution to both the community and the aquarium hobby.

The layout resembles a small little aquarium that you can take your children to just to have a small peek at it. The aquarium is not very large, but it is sufficiently spacious. I went with a friend who loves fish and takes care of them, so it was like watching a child run around the Long Beach aquarium. Pretty great place; I'm not much of a fish person, but if I ever become one, I know where my stop for all my fish needs would be.

They care about their fish and birds. Their reef tanks are established and HEALTHY, which speaks volumes. I have three tanks at home, and 95% of my fish are from Yo's. I've never had a sick fish or plant from here, ever. Anytime I've had a question about something or needed advice, these guys have been able to steer me in the right direction. My family and I look forward to visiting Yo's, not just to get fish, but also to see Patrick and Billy Boy. Ignore any negative reviews you've seen. These guys are experienced, they really care about what they do, and along with that, their prices are way better than chain pet stores. Fish are something that require a level of dedication and experience. These guys have it. They will answer your questions and they will help you to make sure you have the best chance of success.

I recently adopted 2 cats (bros) and since I've been a dog owner for as long as I can remember,…read morebecoming a cat owner has been a whole new experience for me! ‍‍ I've always made my dogs' food myself, so figuring out what my cats like, what they don't like, and finding the right HEALTHY food and litter has definitely been a learning curve. I'm so happy I found this store! I've been coming here to get food for my cats, and they have pretty much everything I look for, including options that can be surprisingly hard to find at other pet stores. One of my favorite things is that they often have great deals on the weekends, which is always a bonus. And after trying what feels like 20 different types of litter, I finally found one that I absolutely love, and they carry it! That alone makes me very happy.

We made it back to the car and then realized that the person at the counter failed to give us our discount. So we had to go back inside and we both nearly had a heat stroke. At that point I just wanted to escape and forget about getting the money back from the discount. I've been coming to this location for years and the service is always pretty good. I guess it is just an off day with a broken air conditioner. But I was told that it had been broken for a few days. I feel like this must be some sort of Labor violation because the heat in there is so overwhelming. Now I'm wondering if the canned food that I bought is safe to feed my dog since it's been sitting in sauna like temperatures for days.

They took the time to walk us through their entire lineup of homemade products, explaining the care and thought behind each one, and before we left, they sent us home with samples for the dogs, a small gesture that spoke volumes about how much they truly care. What made the visit even more special was hearing the story behind the shop. Their own dogs, now 19 and 17 years old, struggled with allergies, and rather than keep searching for someone else's solution, the owner took matters into her own hands and started crafting meals from scratch. What began as a labor of love for her own pup grew into something she wanted to share with others, and that passion is exactly what The Doggie's Deli is built on. You can feel that passion in everything they make. They built this business out of love rather than obligation. The real test came once we got home. Our dogs tore through the eats, but the beef blueberry jerky was the runaway favorite, gone before we knew it. We'll absolutely be back, and we're already telling every dog owner we know to stop putting it off and go check out The Doggie's Deli for themselves. It's well worth the visit.

A few years ago, a friend of mine adopted a dog from here - a beautiful tripod chihuahua mix. She was happy with the adoption process and loves her little princess.
