You can also wait i outside if you want, and they will text you. When I first got there, there was only one person working. When she came to the door to let a person in, I asked her if I could use the restroom. She let me use the restroom, but didn't bother to ask me if I was there for a urine test. When my number was called, I went back, and yes, I had to use the restroom again, but she told me she couldn't use my urine test. She said I had to wait an hour, to make sure that my urine was the right concentration. Excuse me? Why didn't she tell me this when I asked to use the restroom? I had to go, but I could've waited the few minutes. I rescheduled my appointment, came back a few days later, and I got in a little less than 10 minutes after my appointment time. No big deal. The lady who took care of me was very friendly and personable, she laughed at my jokes,(that's important... :) and I was in and out in just a couple of minutes.
