Absolutely horrible experience. they were rude especially the lady doing my hair. I kept telling her my braids were tight and she kept doing it the same on my already fine hair. I asked the manager for her to take it out and I'd pay half the price and she declined and said if they took it out I'd have to pay the full price which was 210 for cornrows butt length with 1 pack of boho human hair which I had to pay for myself. worst experience ever, I thought the second time coming there would be better but it was horrible. The customer service is horrible and unprofessional. last time I came I stay there the whole day from 10am to 9pm with 2 ppl in my hair. I do not recommend. The customer service here was top tier. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, and they were able to seat me within 5 minutes even though I came around 11-12 noon (it's first come, first serve). Both of the young ladies who worked on my hair were very kind and professional, and I really appreciated how they tried to accommodate me since I had a birthday dinner at 7 PM. I was told it would take 5-6 hours, and I ended up leaving around 7:30, which was still okay for me. When they finished, I was in love with the look. They moved quickly, and I liked that I didn't have to sit all day. Now for my honest feedback: * I wanted boho medium-large braids and brought 2 bundles, but in hindsight I should've brought 3-4 because I personally prefer more fullness. * The main issue (and the reason I took off 2 stars) is that my hair started shedding almost immediately. I just got it done on Saturday, and already a lot of the human hair I paid extra for is coming out. Unfortunately, to fix it they would have to redo the entire style. * I tried reaching out via Instagram DM but never received a reply, which was disappointing. Overall: the service and speed were excellent, and the staff is super nice. But if you come here, I recommend being very clear about the braid size you want and double-checking how they feed in the human hair to make sure it lasts. read more

Horrible, I told the owner I didn't like as well as the braider. I even showed her the pic and said this what I ask for and I didn't get it. Her suggestion was she will redo the braids I don't like and I didn't like any of them but the one that was in the front of my head I let Binta do it over and now it looks different than the other braids.. The worse customer service I have ever received at a braiding salon. I called at 5 and was told that they did not close until 7. I was literally 7 minutes away. I was quoted one price by the owner when i arrived and literally had two braiders tell me they did not want to do my daughter's hair for the price quoted. The owner was literally begging them to do it. I was so frustrated so i asked the braiders how much did they want and they basically just did not want to braid anymore hair for the rest of the day. So unprofessional. There are too many braiders in Loganville, Grayson and Snellville for this. The shop was not even clean. You could not pay me to step foot in this shop again. I went down the street to LOOKING GOOD HAIR BRAIDING with Mrs. Kemi and her daughter Julia and got superior customer service and my daughter is super satisfied. read more

I have been using Binta for over 8 years for my 6 daughters and me. I am very pleased with the customer service that I receive. I am very picky about who does our hair. Everywhere we go, we always receive compliments about our hair, especially my girls. This past summer, my daughter wanted twists, but Binta advised me that if she would be swimming, twists would not be a good idea, so we went with singles. Binta has done so many styles for us: sew-ins, micros, tree braids, crochets, natural twists, cornrows, kinky twists, ghana, lemonade, just to name a few. I will post a few pictures. read more

Had my hair braided here a week ago. The braids looked nice and they were pretty fast getting me in and out. My problem is how tight my hair was braided. It was braided so tight that after a week I had a bleeding sore in the top of my head and could hardly sleep. I tried to tough it out but my son said mama them braids taking your edges out so I took them out after a week. read more

I've been getting my hair braided forever and have never felt this much pain in my life. It's been 5 days and they are still super tight, blistering, and I still haven't been able to get a good nights sleep due to my throbbing head. I've never wanted to just waste my money so bad and just take my braids right out. The only reason I've giving an extra star is bc of the compliments I get on them, but if the people really knew the pain that I'm in. I'm even making this post at 2am. My daughter got these braids put on on June 7th before she left to go out of town. She called me about 2 days after they were put in to tell me that the braids were falling out. She was in another state so I could not bring her back to the shop. When she got back home 10 days later and been swimming once and washed once. I took her back to the shop and the owner was like she can't go swimming with kinky twist she have to get individual braids for that but she can replace the braids that came out. Her head looks a mess! Her entire head needs to be redone or I should get my money back. I get kinky twists/braids from Yvonne's all the time and my hair has never looked like this even after 8 or 10 weeks. And I wash my hair every 2 weeks. I never would have spent $160 on a 1 day hairstyle for a minor child. Owner stated she been doing braids for 20 years, she wants her business to be blessed, and if that's the case she should have known to give me my money back if she didn't want to redo the entire head!
