My car had a broken windshield and they came out the next day and were prompt. The first person I worked with was Jonas and he was very nice and informative. He went above and beyond in helping me with my windshield sprayer which is unheard of in these days they sent someone out because I thought possibly they had pinched a hose. It wasn't that but I was so blessed to have him fix it anyway that's what I call excellent service. I had a mirror replaced also by by Nick and he also was awesome making everything perfect with my new mirror in the bathroom. He also went above and beyond and explaining and fixing my mirror correctly. I don't know where your hot hiring these people from but they are awesome. Had to wait 6 weeks on a glass shower, due to bad measurements. Extremely unprofessional. would not recommend unless you have time and money to waste. After 6 week delay never even called about the install or offer discount, immediately charge my cc. Terrible!!!!! read more

This company strikes again. I experienced absolutely horrific customer service with scheduling and failing to show up to measure despite the scheduled appointment (then forgetting the tools and having to reschedule again, causing me to miss work three different times). Then, the glass comes in. They install it while I am out of town. I come home. There's a giant gap of space (greater than an inch) on both sides of the shower door through which water can easily pass and cause issues with the floor or walls. The installers obviously thought nothing was wrong because they installed it and left without saying a word. Contractor says we will not pass inspection. The original measurer shows up again two days later after we complain - this time with no appointment. He said there was miscommunication about the measurements and they would order another door but it would take a couple weeks. Unbelievable!! This should be a top priority, a rush fabrication with immediate install! Not just placed on the regular list. This was their own huge mistake that got us here. Even after the first review I left, no one from this company called me to make it right. I don't anticipate anyone will make this right either. How a company treats it's customers defines the company's values, level of integrity, and its workforce. read more

I can't say enough about the great service I received! My car's rear window was broken and I got a next day appointment. They called me to let me know what time they were coming. They came to my house to do the repair. The technician was professional and polite and he did a wonderful job! He cleaned up all the broken glass and even shop vaced my driveway! read more

These folks are truely professional. The windshield replaced was at half the dealer quote price. They took care of the OEM replacement glass and made sure it was replaced by Porsche standards. I cannot say more. read more

I recently had to have 2 windshields replaced in 2 of our Ford Transit work vans. I could not have been more pleased with Binswanger Glass. On both occasions they came to our office and replaced the windshields on site, the technicians did a great job and did it quickly so our technicians could get back to work as well. Binswanger handled everything with our insurance ( State Farm ) company and made this process very easy for us. We had a small chip in a windshield of another service van, they were able to repair it while onsite by filling it rather than replace. I would highly recommend them for auto glass replacement, and for business glass removal and installation. We had them remove a glass store front for us to install some equipment at a dry cleaners, and then replace it after our job was finished. As with our service vans, the binswanger technicians arrived on the job site on time and took the glass out and waited for our techs and then re-installed it. Great experience with that job as well! read more

Find another place to get your glass. I received glass that was sharp and unfinished on the edges and then they said I didn't request it have polished edges. I told them specifically it was for a child's desk and I didn't want the edges sharp so to please help me select a corner style. Now they want me to bring the glass back and come pick it back up. All 4 sides were sharp in spots and the edges were completely unpolished. Very unprofessional organization with terrible customer service. read more
