It rained two days later, found out that the windshield wiper arm elements were not replaced so my wipers did not work. I found them in the engine bay a few weeks later. 3. They can't deal brittle parts and cracked up my windshield cowl during their replacement. The installation was on 7/6, it is now 7/30 and I am still going back and forth on the phone with them trying to get a resolution. They said they would order the necessary molding replacement, after calling a week later they had not done anything of the sort. No one at the shop location is picking up the phone this week. I even went as far as sending their CEO an email on July 10th about this issue. I have not yet received a response from corporate or Renee Cacchillo. I ended up fixing my own wipers after finding the lost element parts in my engine bay. Don't waste your good time and money on this place. It is not worth the headache.

I returned at 11:30 AM, paid my bill, and was handed my keys. To my surprise and frustration, my windshield had not been replaced. I went back inside, and the staff appeared confused. I was told, "We got busy, but we can do it now." Unfortunately, I had a meeting 30 miles away and could not wait any longer. I had already planned my day around the original appointment and expected timeframe. I returned at 4:30 PM after my meeting, and they finally replaced the windshield. The actual installation took approximately 40 minutes. I was extremely frustrated. I had spent most of the day dealing with this issue, made an unnecessary trip through Charlotte traffic, and had to rearrange my schedule because the appointment I had made in advance was not completed as promised. I asked what could be done to make up for the inconvenience. There was no manager on site, but the employee was able to approve a complimentary set of windshield wiper blades. I appreciate the staff ultimately taking care of the windshield and offering the wiper blades, but the entire situation was incredibly frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication and coordination. If my appointment had been delayed or the shop had become too busy to complete the work, I would have appreciated simply being told that upfront, or how about a call or a text, rather than returning several hours later only to find that nothing had been done.
