I cut a piece and tried to eat it and almost choked from the pepper. REMEMBER I am originally from NOLA so SPICY Is my forte. I also requested for her to smell how hot it was as well. She proceeded to tell me they are using a new seasoning and she believes the person put too much. My rebuttal was you have to be more careful in preparing food like that for a customer knowing there is a difference. I know you may be confused at why would I still give them 4 stars because as the MANAGER she listened to constructive criticism, offered a solution and made sure I was satisfied. I believe it is very important as a REVIEWER to be honest and fair while also telling the truth along with offering a the solution. Whomever is the owner of this franchise I am sure you may be disappointed with the "24 minute hold time" but you should be more proud of having a manager in place who does damage control and encourages the customer to return for a better experience as well as fix the food again.
