Awesome locally-based company! When another national company left me in a lurch and cancelled my dumpster right before a major remodel in Temple, I started calling around trying to find a 20 yd container. Other companies were charging double of what Jeremy at Bin There Dump that was charging, and many could not deliver with less than 3 days notice. Jeremy could get one to me on short notice before the start of my project. He was awesome. Called ahead of delivery to tell me he was on his way, was so quiet with delivery that he did not disturb my new neighbors, and pickup was a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend them. Didn't know dumpster rental was a thing until I Yelped it and Bin There Dump That popped up. I called them because of their great reviews and they certainly lived up to them and went beyond. Their website is easy to use if you don't want to interact with anyone, but I wanted a person since I had never rented a dumpster and had several questions...all of which could have been answered on the site...lol. Y'all, this could not have been easier. I explained to Jeremy what I needed and he ensured that I got the dumpster I needed and understood the cost. When I called back with more questions, they returned my calls quickly if they weren't able to answer when I called. They also communicated via email to ensure I understood everything. When I needed the dumpster for an additional day, they, were able to accommodate me. The price was beyond reasonable considering the number of dump trips I would have had to make, along with the heavy lifting and time it would take to unload the trailer and the cost of gas. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because while they are on par with other dumpster rentals in the area on price, it's still a lot to shell out.
