The workers came with all the equipment a professional should have. My only concern was the main guy did not know how to tie knots in rope - he could only use ratchet straps to secure loads in the truck. Not a problem if you know how and are there to do it. At the other end of the move, we had only minimal damage to items - less than I would have expected from commercial moving lines (Atlas, Mayflower, etc). Remember to tip the workers!

They've dropped off within 24 hours of my order, and everyone from the office staff to the truck driver has been lovely. They specialize in compact dumpsters that would be ideal for a residential neighborhood or any small area, and they're all walk-in, so you don't have to throw stuff over the edge.
