DO NOT RENT A DUMPSTER FROM THIS COMPANY. They delivered the dumpster a A FULL TWO DAYS late,…read moredespite multiple calls, each time saying they would deliver in a couple hours. This pushed our very time sensitive repair schedule back. They double charged us, denied double charging us, then acted like they were doing us a favor by fixing the double charge. Even after that, they charged us for a dumpster much bigger than the one they delivered, so we were overcharged. They delivered the WRONG DUMPSTER so it was too small, and got overfilled. When we asked when it was being picked up, since we now needed to remove the overfilling so that we wouldn't be charged a fee, we were told it would be picked up on Wednesday. It was then picked up on Monday instead (despite having been delivered LATE), so we were charged for the overfill because we were not given the time to resolve that issue (again, caused by the fact that they delivered the wrong dumpster, still charging us for a large dumpster). When we called about this they said they could either return the dumpster for us to deal with the overfilling for an extra charge of $175 or just keep the dumpster and charge us the $300 overfill charge. At NO POINT did they apologize for double charging or causing all of these issues. They acted like they were doing us a favor buy fixing the double charge at all. Between the two of us dealing with them, they were clearly sexist, treating the woman rudely, condescendingly, and dismissively at all times. I wish I could give them zero stars. Absolutely exhausting, infuriating, WILDLY overpriced experience. I think this is the first negative review I have ever left, but I truly want to save other people from this experience. What a nightmare.

I did not like the constant calling while taking care of my 1-year-old in the hospital with RSV and dealing with this company hassling their people. He never even apologized for his actions I will NEVER USE their services again! No morals and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
