Once again I would like to say it again just as I said it before, they are good to work with, and also they did make the situation right. Used J&D Disposal to rent a 20 yard dumpster to clean out my father's house after he passed away…read more Everything went great. Called them back for a smaller one to finish the job. Noticed some scratches when it was delivered. No one was there for pickup and when I went back, even more scratches to the cement. Mind you, the cement was just redone about a year ago. The scratches are about 20" long and I tried brushing them out. We're about to sell the house so we contacted the manager to explain the damage caused. The manager pretty much said too bad so sad, that it's on the receipt that they are not responsible for cracks or scratches. He suggested we should have put it in the street. Just sad that they don't back their business and we're ok with ruining a customers cement.

I called the morning of the pick-up, and again - he answered his phone quickly and told me they were already on their way - (on the early end of the time window - which was perfect). It's so nice when business owners are polite and answer their phone/respond quickly; I can't tell you how many times I have contacted other service providers and they just didn't answer/didn't call back. Alex is refreshing. He was polite, easy to communicate with, honest, and worked within our budget. He and his hauler removed a pile of wood from an old screened porch we had ripped out over the weekend. They removed everything quickly and neatly. I then asked him if he knew a good person to replace my rotting & sagging deck. (My theory being that good people recommend other good people). He actually took some time out of his schedule to look at the issue, and gave me a name and number. He then said to feel free to call him if I needed any other referrals.
