They gave us a quote of 285 to move a bed and dresser and we even sent pictures. When it was finally scheduled and they arrived the owner said the price is actually going to be 385 because the bed looks heavy and if you want to move the pavers in the backyard that's an additional 285. We rescheduled our day to have this done and he was a colossal waste of time. In the end we found four other places within an hour who charge 250 to come the next day. BEWARE! Do not use this company- they are not on the up and up.

Communication was great- very friendly and responsive - and said they could be there the next day. It arrived exactly when they said it would. We filled the whole dumpster and still had some more debris in the basement, so we asked them for a quote to haul it away. They came by a few hours later, gave us the quote (reasonable) and started taking it away right then. They hustled the whole time and got it done quickly. Overall service was extremely friendly, felt very transparent and highly responsive and wanted to be helpful. We did our communication through Yelp and text, which was perfect for us.

I had this business out to do a quote on removing junk from abandoned stiff at a tenant's unit…read more First problem, he showed up with a small truck. Them because I am out of state he thought he would jack the price up ridiculously high. He wanted $750 per load removed and estimated around 7 truck loads. In that truck it would have been 10-12. The whole reason I paid the other tenant to open the door to provide a quote was for a set price. Not something where I could taken advantage of later. His estimated cost (which was low on truck loads) came in at $5250. Guess what I got it done for people? $1350. The other reviews are good, but I caution people to be wary of this business trying to take advantage of you during the process. I told them I found them on Yelp, do they actually think because someone is out of state that automatically you try to take advantage of them? Duh. I get several quotes.

I was selling a property that had large, bulky trash laid out randomly throughout the house, things like an old bathtub, broken toilet, remodelling leftovers, empty boxes, you name it, and I was in a hurry to get it all cleaned up for the potential Buyer's tour of the property. Not only were they able to squeeze me in last minute, they also went multiple times to make sure everything was done well. Highly recommended!

He said no problem they would take the extra at a discounted fee. When they guys showed up they were shaking there heads and said there's snow on the waste and they don't normally take this kind of stuff. After making a call to the office (I assume) they said there was 6 yards of trash and it would be $175 to take the extra 2 yards, I said that was to high and to just take the 4 yards I paid for already. They each made about 3 trip from the trash pile to the truck (stopping multiple time to check their phones) carrying 3 to 4 pieces of wood (broken up cabinets) after loading approx. 1.5 yards they said they were done. When I said they hadn't taken 4 yards they said they had, I pointed out that if there was 6 yards and they had taken 4 more then half the pile would be gone and more then half was still there. They said that they took 4 yards and they left. The whole time there they acted like I was putting them out and they didn't want to be there. I called and was told the supervisor would call me back on Mon. after not hearing from him by 3pm I called him and he told me he hadn't had time to talk with the guys and get their story and would call back on Tue. he didn't. I texted him he said he was out of the office and someone else would call me, it's now Wed. night and I haven't heard from anyone. Bad service all the way around, didn't get what I paid for, buyer beware.

This is actually a 3.5 star review…read more I utilized this completely twice. The first time they came to do a clean out of my rental property. They were courteous, prompt and professional. I had zero complaints. The second time I used them was for a move. The team that was a different set of guys who were equally as prompt, but not super detail oriented as their older counterparts. The first things that stood out was their difficulty to handle the truck they were driving and the strong scent of marijuana emanating from someone as they entered the door and a couple of other observations that appeared to be well received. In spite of it, they were hard working and agile. The problem didn't present itself until after the job was completed and we went to lock up the storage unit to find everything had been haphazardly placed making it impossible to access anything, especially in my physically handicapped state. I did call to give feedback and photos were sent. They were very apologetic and immediately promised they would come back and rectify the situation, saying they agreed it was definitely not acceptable by their own standard either. Since then, there have been several scheduling issues and a couple of times now I have been bumped or shuffled around due to "unforseen circumstances" even though I was on their schedule. When I made this 10/31/25 appt, I specifically asked for a day and time when I would not likely be shuffled because I have other things and people's time in my day that will be thrown off as well. I was apologized to and assured that I would finally be prioritized and taken care of, so I scheduled for the following week, which was yesterday 10/31 at 10am. Once again I didn't get a confirmation call or text, until I called, only to be told on top of the full team not being on time for work, another customer had unexpectedly bumped my time and the inconvenience was being passed down to me by way of the promised time slot being once again bumped. Still, I tried to adjust, again, but 30 minutes later and after being made to feel once again that I was not actually a priority (maybe because this was not another paid job), I cancelled. I just wasn't in the mood to have my day thrown off again. I came to the realization I not my time was not valued and there was no residual value to the $1,800.00 I had already spent, (this was definitely not the way I was handled before those jobs). Customer service and retention is everything and this fell short, I was so prepared to recommend and refer them until all this took place. I just don't feel valued as a paid/paying customer and certainly don't want to feel culpable if someone I know experiences the same as a result of my referral.
