Phillip looked in every corner, nook, and cranny to determine how much work, time, and number of crew members. When they arrived, Phillip had a plan in place and a goal for completion. He managed his crew efficiently. Maurice, Howard, Tony were strong and smart and very accommodating. They took direction well and all four stuck to the daunting task of finishing. There were even a few surprise areas that weren't noticed in the initial survey, but Phillip stepped up and really helped me out. He said no problem they would take the extra at a discounted fee. When they guys showed up they were shaking there heads and said there's snow on the waste and they don't normally take this kind of stuff. After making a call to the office (I assume) they said there was 6 yards of trash and it would be $175 to take the extra 2 yards, I said that was to high and to just take the 4 yards I paid for already. They each made about 3 trip from the trash pile to the truck (stopping multiple time to check their phones) carrying 3 to 4 pieces of wood (broken up cabinets) after loading approx. 1.5 yards they said they were done. When I said they hadn't taken 4 yards they said they had, I pointed out that if there was 6 yards and they had taken 4 more then half the pile would be gone and more then half was still there. They said that they took 4 yards and they left. The whole time there they acted like I was putting them out and they didn't want to be there. I called and was told the supervisor would call me back on Mon. after not hearing from him by 3pm I called him and he told me he hadn't had time to talk with the guys and get their story and would call back on Tue. he didn't. I texted him he said he was out of the office and someone else would call me, it's now Wed. night and I haven't heard from anyone. Bad service all the way around, didn't get what I paid for, buyer beware.
