I'm giving this company a 5-Star rating and here's why. Courteousness and fairness are the most…read moreimportant things to me. Today, my brother's vehicle broke down in Southfield. He needed to have the vehicle towed to Canton. Henderson Towing & Auto Repair in Oak Park told us it would be $250 and the wait would be 1 hour. Instead, we sat and waited over 2.5 hours with 3 phone calls to obtain an ETA, and got the run around each time. So, using Google I found T&T's Towing. I told the gentleman our situation. He was told the vehicle was also an AWD (because you can only use a flatbed with AWDs), and our location. He gave us a very reasonable price, told us he would be there in 10 minutes, and he was! He held to his word! Upon arriving, he was courteous, got the vehicle loaded onto the flatbed, and delivered it to the repair shop as requested. If I ever need a towing service in the future, I will be calling T&T's Towing.

They gave us a quote of 285 to move a bed and dresser and we even sent pictures. When it was finally scheduled and they arrived the owner said the price is actually going to be 385 because the bed looks heavy and if you want to move the pavers in the backyard that's an additional 285. We rescheduled our day to have this done and he was a colossal waste of time. In the end we found four other places within an hour who charge 250 to come the next day. BEWARE! Do not use this company- they are not on the up and up.

It's really helpful if you're starting your spring planning. It's nice to be able to plan out a budget knowing what I'll need. The staff was very helpful and can even discuss options with you. They also have lawn services and snow removal. It looks like a full service place. I can't wait to head back here for some sand for the kids (they can even help with how much I need) and some driveway gravel. If it's in the budget we will be over seeding 10 acres with alfalfa and I know where I'm getting all that seed. Thanks for all the help!! Great people. Convenient location. Delivery available!!

I stopped by in May of 2025 to arrange for maintenanc. They were supposed to pick up the mower within a week, but it took them almost three weeks to pick up, they had "forgotten" about it. Okay, mistakes happen. In November 2025, a part fell off the mower and the mower started to clang, not a good sign. I went to Mark's on November 16th and waited 1/2 hour for my turn in line; not a big deal. I specifically told them that I needed to have the mower repaired before I left for Florida; if I waited until May when I got back, the repair time would be too long and the grass would be unmanageable. They said they would try to finish it before I left because they didn't want to store it till May. They then took a $60.00 deposit plus $1.80 charge for credit card usage. It is now December 12, the mower is still sitting in my garage, they never came. I went to their store today and I was told that they don't start lawnmower repairs till spring. If that was the case, why didn't they say it on November 16, when they took my money? I asked them to refund my deposi. They did, but. To the credit card fee. I wish I could charge them an aggregation fee and a time lost fee for my time. I am going to try tofind a different repair shop in the Spring. They lost both my blower and mower maintenance business. I will only go back to them as a last resort under duress. Be careful in your dealings with them.
