I'm certain that it was either the Warren location or the Farmington location. Either way neither one is willing to take responsibility. But they were here promptly to over charge me. On top of that they took my money and damaged my house. I will never use your services again. My sister was going to call you to remove some items from her house. I told her don't you dare give them one cent of your money!!!! I explained to her why... I invited her to my house for dinner and showed her the damage to my property that 800 junk caused. And how I can't get one single person to call me back. Shame on you for taking advantage of a senior citizen!! What if someone treated your mother like I'm being treated. Just look how your company left my house. Shame on you!!

Have purchased 20+ yards of various stone, dirt and sod for my property. They are definitely a business minded no frills. Recently I needed a very small amount of paver stone, a type you can't get at the big box stores, they wouldn't let me fill a few 5 gal buckets and pay them for that amount. I was told I had to purchase a yard. Seriously? Who does that? They said they don't know how to charge me for that amount. Called around the area and found a friendly supplier that will let you "bag your own" - that's good service! Moving on from Eagle.

With construction season, it can be a little tricky getting to their place of business. Veteran customers know how to finesse the construction barrels. The service is great here! I love that they have a drive-up window for drop-off and pick-up. I recently had four dresses cleaned. For pick-up they even offered to bring them out to my car and hang them in the back seat. On another occasion, I brought two jackets to them for cleaning that they expressed concern because they were multi-color and had never been cleaned before. One was a white jacket with royal blue trim and the other was just the opposite, which was royal blue with white trim. The concern was whether the colors would bleed onto the white. The jackets were cleaned just fine. The only problem was that some of the pearl buttons were scorched. The business does have a warning disclaimer behind the counter about decorative items on clothing. The buttons are still white. The scorching is not very noticeable to the average person unless they are looking closely at the jackets so I have continued to patronize this business. When it comes to value for their service, I wish they would post their pricing so I can plan accordingly for my costs ahead of dropping my items off. Note: You pay when you pickup your items. You are charged a service fee if you use a credit card versus cash.
