This year, I picked up a facecord from Eagle, and the wood was incredible. Lights right up each time and burns hot! I guess they were having an off-year (or the wood they had just wasn't good) several years ago. Everyone I talk to there is pleasant and friendly. They even deliver to Detroit, for a fee. read more

Customer Service needs improvement: As a homeowner do it yourself we I've been going to Eagle Landscape for about 20 years off and on. Have purchased 20+ yards of various stone, dirt and sod for my property. They are definitely a business minded no frills. Recently I needed a very small amount of paver stone, a type you can't get at the big box stores, they wouldn't let me fill a few 5 gal buckets and pay them for that amount. I was told I had to purchase a yard. Seriously? Who does that? They said they don't know how to charge me for that amount. Called around the area and found a friendly supplier that will let you "bag your own" - that's good service! Moving on from Eagle. read more

Strictly about business-never an issue and always ready to help. Materials A+. Well ran; in and outta there. Prices fair and open early.

Tried many landscaping and supply businesses in southeast Michigan. I would not recommend Eagle. I'm a DIYer. I went there and spent approx. 600-700 dollars of my hard-earned money. Nice delivery driver, but broke concrete and crushed sprinkler transfer box. I went back to order a little more material and possibly get a discount, made Alexis (so-called mgr) aware and she had the nerve to offer 1 dollar off one yard of compost ($40/ yd) and 2 dollars off two yards of egg-rock ($84/yd), totaling 6 measly dollars. Such a f-ing insult. Wouldn't even waive delivery. Site-one is far cheaper. 35/yd for compost, a whole 5 dollars less/ yd. Egg rock is $61/yd a whopping $23 less. read more

I have had several orders and each time the service has been courteous and prompt. I've been happy with the quality of the product. Definitely recommend. read more

We have gotten both half face chords of firewood, and 5 yards of black mulch delivered to our home by Eagle. Their staff, from the office to the drivers are awesome! We highly recommend this company! read more

I love Eagle Landscaping! I have been using them for years. From cord wood for winter fires to sod, mulch and soil. They are reliable, fair priced and helpful. read more

I always call before leaving to confirm stock bc it takes me a half hour to get there. Their unreliability isn't worth the gas money. I trusted them bc they came recommended. I won't be disappointed a third time. read more

My wife called shortly after they opened to see if they had any gold E-mulch in stock. She talked to 3 different people until the last one said yes they do. When I went in to order the mulch the cashier said they didn't have any. She mentioned it to one of the male workers and he said he would be able to take care of me. Told me to meet him out at the end of the barn. He got on his pay loader and scooped up a load of mulch from the big pile and dropped it into the bagging machine and 3 different guys loaded it into my car. Now if that isn't going beyond good customer satisfaction I don't know what is. read more

Lots of rocks, mulch, boulders to pick from and guys loading are friendly and patient. The ladies at the front desk are "short" and "rough around the edges." If you call you are IMMEDIATELY put on hold and when someone picks up they are short like they are rushing to do something else. Yes, I understand a company can be busy; however, good customer service, a cheerful voice and a smile goes a long way. Prices are good too. If the front line staff were friendly, I would definitely have given then 5 stars. read more

These self-centered jerks think that they have the right to put barriers across an entire city block merely because they are dropping off a load of mulch. If you can't maneuver a dump truck without the absolute certainty that the driver will not encounter another vehicle, maybe you should find a competent driver instead of burdening the neighborhood. read more

We were in need of some sod and grass seed today and found Eagle online. We drove down there and found the exact products we needed along with superb customer service. We needed a bow rake and they had 5 different models including the full on pro model. The prices were in the ballpark and they cheerfully helped us load and then thanked us for helping them. Whoa Nelly. See if you get that service many places. They also took our stepping stones that were in the truck on their way to the dumpster. They said they were happy to take them and would sell them for 50 cents each. Way to recycle. We were happy to find a new source for landscape supplies. read more

One of our crews showed up today and was treated with the upmost dis respect from the owner. Our guys parked a truck and were waiting to get loaded up with product and the owner decided to start screaming and cussing them out for no reason. Calling them a "piece of shit", asking them "why the fuck would you park in the way", "get the fuck out of the way you stupid piece of shit". All they did was park. We have no clue as to why these things were said. This guy deserves to lose any and all business from respectable business owners. We have never been treated with such dis respect. And to think we were giving this guy our business. His own employees are the ones who told us that was the owner of the company, no hesitation. I suggest you take your business else where if you want to be treated fairly. read more

I wish I read Nuri's review before I had a face cord of wood delivered. Both employees I dealt with were pleasant and they delivered same day, however when I first called to inquire about their wood and asked twice if it was seasoned, I was assured it was. It clearly is NOT seasoned. I understand seasoned is somewhat of a relative term, but this stuff is unusable for at least another year. It sizzles and steams when you put it in the fire because it's still so wet and refuses to burn. Now I have a face cord of wood I can't use for a year and have to find somewhere that's honest with their seasoned wood, not to mention find more room to store another cord of wood I can use THIS year... read more
