DO NOT RENT A DUMPSTER FROM THIS COMPANY. They delivered the dumpster a A FULL TWO DAYS late, despite multiple calls, each time saying they would deliver in a couple hours. This pushed our very time sensitive repair schedule back. They double charged us, denied double charging us, then acted like they were doing us a favor by fixing the double charge. Even after that, they charged us for a dumpster much bigger than the one they delivered, so we were overcharged. They delivered the WRONG DUMPSTER so it was too small, and got overfilled. When we asked when it was being picked up, since we now needed to remove the overfilling so that we wouldn't be charged a fee, we were told it would be picked up on Wednesday. It was then picked up on Monday instead (despite having been delivered LATE), so we were charged for the overfill because we were not given the time to resolve that issue (again, caused by the fact that they delivered the wrong dumpster, still charging us for a large dumpster). When we called about this they said they could either return the dumpster for us to deal with the overfilling for an extra charge of $175 or just keep the dumpster and charge us the $300 overfill charge. At NO POINT did they apologize for double charging or causing all of these issues. They acted like they were doing us a favor buy fixing the double charge at all. Between the two of us dealing with them, they were clearly sexist, treating the woman rudely, condescendingly, and dismissively at all times. I wish I could give them zero stars. Absolutely exhausting, infuriating, WILDLY overpriced experience. I think this is the first negative review I have ever left, but I truly want to save other people from this experience. Look at what these clowns did to my lawn and get this.....I'M THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR! I shouldn't have ANY dealings with them whatsoever but unfortunately I do now. I pay a good amount of money to get my grass treated and maintained, and they just peeled my edges like a can opener! Then the owner John and his lying jive dispatcher Justin tried to blow me off and put me off on the homeowner with a lie about their policy they never emailed me. Thankfully the homeowner was kind enough to reimburse me for the lawn repair I didn't ask for. These bums got the right one this time....I'm putting their unprofessional @$$e$ on BLAST. dumpster arrived late, lost money on repair schedule, had to repeatedly call to get dumpster to arrive- being told it was always 3 hours away only to have it not arrive. got double charged for the dumpster when it did arrive. Had to call to get the charge taken off. when we did call they initially denied there was a double charge. since it arrived late we were assured we would have additional days before it was picked up- and planned on ensuring the dumpster was not overloaded, but then they picked it up on the original schedule and called to charge us for having it overloaded When we tried to protest, they said there was a fee to return the dumpster. So we could either accept the over weight fee, or pay to have the dumpster returned. all in all we paid way too much, for a dumpster that cost us even more money for arriving late, and had to work with a company that made us negotiate each stage of the drop off and pickup. They also treated me, a man with a deeper voice entirely differently than my partner who had been handling things Throughout this process. a horrible experience from top to bottom. read more

I ordered a dumpster and so far the customer service provided by John was awesome! Everything was easy and streamlined, plus the prices were unmatched. I will complete my review once I have finished with my project. But so far I like them! My dumpster experience has ended on a sour note. I was finished filling the dumpster 3 days after receiving it and called John for a pickup on Monday at 10am. John told me that the dumpster would be removed in 24 to 48 hours. I then scheduled to have a tree removed in my backyard on Wednesday at noon. On Wednesday at noon I received a call from the tree company because they couldn't access the backyard with their heavy equipment due to the dumpster being in the driveway. I then reached out to John again and expressed my concern and he told me that he would put in an emergency pickup order. I then rescheduled tree service for Thursday evening. Yet again I received a call from the tree company because they were still blocked by the dumpster. Thanks for not living up to your end of the bargain DUMPSTERS 4 LESS. Never again will I be enticed into giving a review before service is ever rendered, that just doesn't make sense. BTW the dumpster remains in my driveway, Thanks a lot John for ruining my holiday weekend!!!! Third Edit: And now it's Easter Sunday and the infamous dumpster is still here! smh read more

This company gave us the wrong pick up date, double charged us, sent us a smaller dumpster than what they'd ordered and charged us for the larger one, charged us additional fees they had not communicated previously and were incredibly rude and sexist on the phone as we tried to resolve these issues. I would recommend to absolutely steer clear of them.I am only leaving one star because I can't leave zero. read more

Seriously they lucky I can't give them no stars! People am tell you this is the worst company to do business with! Ordered the dumpster, then when it was time for it to be picked up there was a six day delay that I wouldn't have known of unless I called. When they finally picked it up they threw trash out of the dumpster leaving it in front of my property. Why throw things out when the dumpster wasn't even full? There was no reason for that! They just wanted to be petty and unprofessional because I informed them they were holding back other projects I paid for due to their late pick up. Beware of this place. Bait and switch. They gave me a low quote to get the job, then it ended up charging me double the amount. I bought the package (dumpster and 2 men). They did not come on time so I waited all day for them to show up. They arrived late then had the nerve to reschedule because of the time! They were unprofessional and had no customer service. After charging double the original quote and rescheduling because they came hours late, the final straw: They left the entire attic and 1 room in the basement untouched! Should have read these reviews b4 making my decision!!! They came an hour late (my moving team was only available for the agreed time). I ordered a 20yard dumpster, but they sent me a "25 yard cuboidal truck with about 21 yards left". BS. That little U-Haul looking 15 yard moving truck was NOT sufficient. My team had already moved a lot of the furniture out on the lawn to aide in the dumping, so we reluctantly pushed forward. The team filled the small moving van with half of my load and pulled off in 1.5 hours. Never gave me a receipt for services, which I needed to get a refund for the permit I purchased from the City of Detroit. WOW. Absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favor and skip right past this place. I waited from 7AM (the time they told me it would arrive) until 4:30 PM. I never got my dumpster.
