Phillip looked in every corner, nook, and cranny to determine how much work, time, and number of crew members. When they arrived, Phillip had a plan in place and a goal for completion. He managed his crew efficiently. Maurice, Howard, Tony were strong and smart and very accommodating. They took direction well and all four stuck to the daunting task of finishing. There were even a few surprise areas that weren't noticed in the initial survey, but Phillip stepped up and really helped me out. He accomplished everything he said he would, and even a little bit more. He came prepared with all the proper tools and worked extremely efficiently. I am so grateful for their work ethic.

The tactic is to call their manager, who then wants to argue on the phone with you. Sadly, I've used these guys before and didn't have a problem but today especially Mother's Day weekend when they were running a special ad to calm you. . They were out to scam you. Fair price, courteous and polite, removed what I wanted. Frequent check ins. On time. What more could you ask for? We filled the whole dumpster and still had some more debris in the basement, so we asked them for a quote to haul it away. They came by a few hours later, gave us the quote (reasonable) and started taking it away right then. They hustled the whole time and got it done quickly. Overall service was extremely friendly, felt very transparent and highly responsive and wanted to be helpful. We did our communication through Yelp and text, which was perfect for us.
