Traditionally, namtok that I've had is grilled and thinly sliced, which gives it a smoky flavor and more tender texture with the seasoning absorbing into the meat. This version didn't quite deliver that same experience. Overall, the meal wasn't terrible, but there are definitely areas that could be improved. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated.
