Let me break it down. PROs: ++ Portions are HUGE! So come hungry. ++ They offer a variety of sides to compliment your meal. We've had a basket of fries, fried zucchini, and mac and cheese balls. More about that in a moment. ++ We've had both the Colorado and Philly Steak sandwiches. Both are killer good! Two thumbs way up! ++ They use the freshest ingredients, and it shows! The Italian roll is soft, the meat is tender, and the veggies are flavorful. Yum! ++ Did I mention this was the least greasy Philly I've ever had? I don't know how they pulled that off, but I'll take it. CONs: -- With the previously mentioned mac and cheese balls, they were crazy salty, and over fried. Finally got to check out their Colorado Philly that sounded so good. I have had a few Philly cheesesteaks that are this style with diced green chilies in it. Also called at other places Pueblo cheesesteak. I order that and some fries. The fries were a large portion. Too large for me in fact, but they were tasty. Kind of fat fries. Delicious with some ketchup, salt and pepper. The Philly however lacked flavor. Especially for one that had onions, bell peppers, chilies and cream cheese on it. That is all you tasted. The meat really didn't have any flavor and they were giant slices. Typically a Philly has more diced up small pieces of meat. In this case, they were like stripes. I think if the meat had more seasoning and chopped up more this could have been a way better sandwich. The bread was fresh and soft. It complimented the sammie well. Overall I would probably try something else from this truck such as the Rueben. That looked really good.

My husband grabbed some homemade frozen chile rellenos and some pastor for dinner later this week. While he was back there the butcher gave him a little fried pork snack to try and he's in heaven lol. Then said to come back in a few hours for the pork belly chicharones... he just might do that! My only complaint is the lack of pricing on everything. I have no idea how much 90% of the things in there cost because they aren't labeled. Will definitely stop in again. Most recently we tried a pair of el pastor tacos along with chicken tacos. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned with a touch of guacamole to make it a well balanced dish. The el pastor...well, it blew my mind!! The combination of flavors with the thinly sliced radishes made this is a huge winner in my book! Maybe I didn't need the pico de Gallo on the el pastor, but it is such a well thought out and executed bite. A+++ In the past, we've tried the burgers and the chicken with "waffles". The waffles are actually deep fried biscuits with a wonderful glaze. I can't think of one reason why we shouldn't eat here more often.

They made great suggestions that did not disappoint. The food was amazing, fresh, unique, and really flavorful without being over the top. The meat was so tender it melted in my mouth. We have now gone back to the brewery just because we knew Meaty Boyz was there! The first time we tried the empanadas, and the brisket bowl. The empanada dough was perfectly tender and the meat was seasoned just right. The bowl had delicious smoked brisket, roasted sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, and chickpeas, drizzle of tahini sauce, and BBQ sauce. The second time we went my husband got the pulled pork bowl again (he liked it too much to change!) and I got their Chopped Cheez. OMG. I have had many days since that I have craved that dang chopped cheese! This was the first chopped cheese I've tried, but since then I've tried a few others and they don't compare at all! It had ground beef chopped up (like a burger patty) with grilled onions and melted cheese all on a really delicious roll, with lettuce, tomato and an awesome white bbq sauce... my mouth is watering! The awesome part of them being at Resolute (and other breweries) is that we get to enjoy delicious beer and bring our pup! She LOVES it!
