The Beef Bus was parked outside of their new Orlando location (about 30 mins from where we were staying). They were there only two days with limited serving time slots. They were so popular that when we went the first time during their 1-3pm slot, my husband was turned away after selling out before 2:45pm. I then returned for the 4-6pm slot, determined to get my husband his favorite hometown meal that he had not had in years, and arrived at 4:45 to find that they may not have enough food AGAIN. I was distraught because my husband had his heart set on his italian beef that was so nostalgic to him. The GM of the bus, Erica, remembered turning my husband away the first time and knew this was our last chance before we would both part ways. She then made sure that I had at least one sandwich to take home with me, despite the businesses of her day.
