We had a great experience here! The food was good, the service was excellent, and although the wait was a little longer than usual, the restaurant was very busy so it was understandable. We sat outside and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The nachos were a definite 5 stars, and the burgers were excellent. PHENOMENAL SERVICE FROM JAMIE !!! We stopped by to grab drinks and an appetizer initially. However, our beverages, sweet potato fries, and service kept us there for hours. We started on the patio but then asked to be moved inside to watch the world-cup game. We all had a couple drinks and meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. The watermelon mojito was my favorite, the perfect combination of sweet and refreshing. My burger was delicious and served with a pickle on top, my favorite! Located near the Rainforest Cafe. Saw the awards for best BBQ sauce and ribs. You don't have to tell me twice. There was a wait on a Saturday/holiday weekend but they have a system. I kept changing my mind as we walked by other tables and were eyeballing all the burgers and cornbread, etc. I de used to stick to the game plan. The waitress was so pleasant and friendly. This place was a quick stop for lunch at the falls with family from Missouri. I ordered a brisket sandwich with fries. The brisket and accompanying bbq sauce was was tasty though one of the brisket pieces was a tad more tough than I expected. My brother ordered the poutine so we could try it. It was tasty. The waitress was sweet and checked in on us often. It's a hidden little joint nestled in Clifton Hill next door to the Rainforest Cafe. This was a good spot, prices were a bit expensive but by and large the food was tasty and definitely filling. I'd check them out next time I cross the border for sure. read more

Went in here on New Years and had excellent meal after the Victoria Park Bryan Adams concert. Brittany was our server and she was super friendly and super fast at getting our drinks and meal--she provided outstanding service! Our drinks were perfect, Gin & Tonic and mild Irish Red draft. We ordered the Classic Burger with Poutine and it came to our table in no time at all. The service was horrible and the drinks were watered down. We were sat before other tables and they were waited on first. I got a beer which was good, but the other 2 drinks that my wife and son got were weak. The only reason I would recommend it is that the food was very good. Who knows, maybe you'll have a better experience if you try this place out. read more

The baked beans and the Mac and cheese looked like it was in the warming tray all day and we were eating dinner there so that's how bad they were. Great restaurant, great service - in fact, the best place we've been to during our visit to Niagara Falls. I ordered the cobb salad and corn bread, my husband ordered the half slab of ribs with their creamy cold slaw and corn on the cobb. Everything was sooooo delicious and the portions are large. The corn bread tasted like cake, not too sweet though, and the maple bourbon butter really set it off. The young lady that served us was very nice and checked on us regularly. The food arrived pretty quick and the order was correct. I highly recommend you check it out. read more

My experience here was a very pleasant one. The host and waitress was really nice and make sure to come back frequently to make sure everything is good. For a BBQ place the pulled pork sandwhich and other burger was amazing. Definitely seasoned well with plenty if juiciness still in the burger. The fries were well seasoned and perfectly fried. There Happy Hour hours are weird so i did not get a drinkm overall its definitely worth coming back. read more

Regardless of the heinous comments, Billy Bones BBQ can get the job done. However, the location seems incredibly understaffed and poorly managed. We watched many people sit themselves down at tables because the hostess was no where to be found. Nothing here is spectacular. The food is mid-grade. We didn't have the BBQ but the BBQ looked like something that was served out of a middle school cafeteria. Do yourself a favor and go to the rainforest cafe before that chain is wiped off the earth. read more

So, it's COVID times. And every patio we go to we are asked to sign in and wear a mask until we get to our table. This patio we were also asked to sanitize and take an image of the menu before going to our table. We'd been looking forward to visiting Billy Bones since we saw it under construction in summer 2019. We ordered drinks. I watched the person I would later find out was the manager ask our waitress "where are all the draught glasses" while the bar was piled high with dirty glasses of all kinds. Keep in mind we were one of three occupied tables in the whole place. This should have been my warning. What transpires next is why I will never go back To the restaurant and will boycott them at Ribfests going forward. There's a small back table by the kitchen where one of the other servers is rolling cutlery into napkins, her mask is down under her chin. She then proceed to pick up her personal phone for what I can only assume was a text exchange and then goes back to rolling cutlery (no washing in between). She sneezed over her shoulder - no elbow, no mask. And keeps rolling cutlery. Many unmasked staff members stop at this table and a couple of them even eat. Keep in mind that the "clean" cutlery rolls are still on the table. At this point I asked to see a manager. I explained to her that at first I was impressed by the level of carefulness that we were asked for on our way I. But then was completely grossed out by the staff's lack of it. I told her it's everyone's job and that we all have to take care of each other. After she pandered to me with compliments on my bracelet and some other BS rhetoric she said she would make sure the cutlery was rewashed, but never really addressed the issue at hand. I wasn't convinced then, and I'm not convinced now. In short, if you value your health, don't bother. read more

Didn't see it at first when we went walking but caught our eye on the way back to the hotel. Glad we found it, great service and easy menu. I got the Cobb salad and my husband got a cheeseburger. They had seedlip non alcoholic drinks on the menu which I've e been wanting to try and it was fantastic. Server was really friendly food was fresh and well made. Atmosphere is relaxed. They serve beer from the Niagara Brewery across the court yard which is nice. The brisket sandwich was tender. I would have liked a bit more seasoning, but that's just me and everyone likes their bbq a little different. Still give it a try. The bbq sauce on the brisket is a nice combination and made up for the light seasoning. The pulled pork sandwich was very good. Nice flavor with the slaw on top. We were waiting for a host to come for 10 minutes. When we were sat at a table it took another 30 minutes for a waiter to come to us. We got drinks from the bar and they were horrible ..watered down and super overpriced. We ordered nachos and the cheese was so dry you could tell it had been sitting for a while. All the food we ordered was bland, dry and unfulfilling. The waitress did not even bring water to the table or check on us at any time though the meal and we were basically choking of the dry disgusting food the entire time. When a manager can to the table he was very condescending and defended the disgusting food we were forced to choke down after a 3 hour drive because there was never a chance to ask someone for changes or for anything because the waiters would disappear for 20 to 30 minutes. Worst experience of my life!! we ended up over paying (the food is super overpriced) and I felt like telling anyone standing at the host stand waiting like we did not to eat there.
