My son loves this place, unfortunately. Bathroom's were a bit cleaner this last visit but staff members seemed so miserable and were rude. I think they are pretty low staff so maybe once they are full in staff this place could potentially be a better and cleaner place to enjoy. read more

Came in last week for the first time since the pandemic. Everything seemed the same until it was time to go to the restrooms. In general there was a god awful smell coming from the area. Update: if your injured child who can't play needs to use restroom they need to go to restaurant next door. They can't walk into bathroom and leave. Even prisoners are tested better. Their staff has no idea what they're doingZ my son could not participate due to his foot injury and they didn't let him go inside. He had to sit outside or I had to pay the $16. 2 stars only because it is a fun place. With COVID and now flu season they really shouldn't be allowed to be open the way things are ran. We were here for 3 hours the other day and not one time did I see anyone wiping down surfaces, including the tables in the back. They "require" masks for everyone over 2 but they don't enforce it at all. Sanitizing liquid/gel should be used on everyone upon entering as they do at our local gymnastics facility, but it's not. Our daughter did get a cold unfortunately so, safe to say we won't come back. I hope management reads this and makes a change. read more

First time visit. Unfortunately I will not be returning. The equipment was disgusting. Everything was sticky and looked like it had residue on it. Went to the bathroom to wash our hands and they were even worse. No paper towels, toilets clogged or out of order. There was trash under the benches in the play area and it looks like things were swept under the mats. The food area was closed but with the cleanliness this place has for their equipment it was probably a blessing in disguise. There were three employees there all sitting at the front and staying there through our visit. My kids had fun and for that I give two stars, but I will be taking them to other parks in the future. read more

I brought my three grandkids here at $25 a kid's and my husband and I wanted to trade off watching them in the play area because there has to be an adult. Both of us are 65 years of age. The manager Alma would not allow us to trade even though we were both free to go in. Customer service is horrible places over priced never coming back. read more

Hi Yelpers This was probably the worst experience ever! As a parent I am sure most people want to provide magical experiences for their children. BillyBeez Valencia is not the place. If you don't book a package and just host in the play area it's worth it. See my experience below. Also please forgive me for any typos. I purchased a package birthday for my daughter.I have hosted many events and I must say dealing with the Billy Beez Valencia location and staff was very disappointing. When we 1st arrived the doors were locked and we had to be let in by one of the staff. We were asked of we were their for a party or free play. We stated party. Other guests attempted to come in for freeplay and were advised that Billy beez was not open because they were hosting a VIP event. This was not true. We were advised by Shawn that the Payment system was not working and they were experiencing rolling black outs however they were still hosting Birthday parties. This was my 1st red flag thay this was not the Birthday party promised to me in the sales process. Shawn checked us in 30 minutes later after getting permission to proceed without payment. As we were waiting to be let in at the gate, I asked the gentleman manning the gate what we were waiting for. Each time the gentleman put his hand up to shush me and would not speak to me. Finally he proceeded to let us in. Around 1:20 Shawn advised I needed to make my payment. At 1: 34 we were told to meet in the party room. At no time after check in was I spoken to about what to expect or even thanked for choosing Billy Beez as my venue.  My Party and I weren't even advised on were the party room was located. Once inside the room Misty seperated the children to 1 room and the adults to the other. Their was not enough sitting room for the adults but plenty of space still left with the kids. When we proceeded to get our food and beverages the pizza was cold and the soda was flat. When I asked the host what was wrong with the soda he stated the machine has been broken for 2 weeks. I requested it be changed to beverage that was not flat. He only changed the coke and not the additional flat beverages. To top it off their was even something floating in the lemonade. During our time in the party room the power went out twice. Our host went on to tell us the previous parties were hosted in the dark. After eating Misty brought in the ice cream and advised me that the ice cream was right their referring to the table. I proceeded to hand out ice cream and was interrupted by Misty announcing to my party that we were not doing ice cream until cake.  After cake and ice cream we were rushed to leave the room. After the majority of my party guests were cleared to the play area one of the staff came in to clean up and proceeded to dump our drinks. The same staff handed me the Billy beez shirt my guests were supposed to sign however my guests had already been cleared and it was a dirty shirt. The staff did replace our drinks and shirt, which remains unsigned. My party food was taken to the back and boxed. When I asked for certain food items later I. The day I was told they were not their. Misty was very rude to me and my guests whenever she was asked to follow up with us. The 3 times she came over to us her response was always the same. What seems to be the problem. The facility was much cleaner and well kept than I expected. The pizza wasn't bad either. More cheese than sauce... Room was ready for the party when we got there. Kids had a great time. Free refills of soda during the party. There were a few areas that were shut down and marked with yellow caution tape but 90+% of the activities were available. We had my sons birthday party here last week. The kids had a great time and I did t have to do much so that's a win but I wouldn't recommend it for a party. I don't know if they are understaffed or that's just how it is but it was very unorganized. I booked through the em website which was fine. A week before the party I get an itemized order and I call them just to update the number of kids and adults and to finalize food. Let's just say the food was terrible. The pizza was bad and they didn't even have ketchup for the chicken tender tray that was $50 (they let me bring my own in). There are no options for vegetarians and no option to bring in anything except for your own cake. Sean or Shawn was the guy in charge of the party and we were supposed to show up at 1030 and they opened their doors at 1040. The check in process is a nightmare because you have to do each individual in your group. He kept stepping away to help other workers and kept saying sorry. I just wanted to get the room. We got to our room at 1055 and there were no balloons, no water just plates and napkins. You literally have to ask for everything to be done. There was no dedicated party host. They messed up our pizza order - we asked for 3 cheese and 1 pepperoni and they brought 5 cheese pizzas. They fixed it but we had to wait for them to make the pepperoni pizza and them by the time that happened everyone was done eating. We had to ask for refills of the pitchers. We had to ask for water which was part of the package and brought out after people were already eating. We cut and served our own cake. They promptly ended the party at its designated time. We had to ask for my son's free shirt and about the bounce back coupon for our party. It's was very unorganized. I wouldn't recommend having a party here. read more

I have been coming here 5+ years and I can tell the difference between past management and this new team. It's clean now, it's organized, the music is appreciate for both kids and parents. Manager is envolved and give hi five to the kids. I can tell they care about the facility, the presentation and their customers. I will keep bringing my daughter and nieces here. I will continue to tell all my friends about it. And even if I have to drive about 25 miles to get here it's all worth it. I bind with my child and I get some sleep at night. read more

We have here with our granddaughter a few times and always found it clean and well-maintained. They have a multitude of slides atubes that the kids can go through and they all seem to be having a great time. It is a little pricey but well worth the money for the fun the kids have. I need to update my review as we came in today with our granddaughter and paid $15.00 for our granddaughter, and they wanted to charged me - a disabled senior citizen an additional $4.00 to come and sit on the bench while my granddaughter played. It was 5 o'clock in the afternoon, how long will we be here? I don't plan on using any of the facilities except the damn bench to sit on. I will definitely reconsider coming back here to spend my limited Social Security income from this point forward. My granddaughter can have just as much fun in the outdoor playground at the mall. I would not return there, nor recommend it! The staff is borderline rude and disengaged, definitely not the "warm and cozy" kind you usually expect in a kids' business. Went to this place last week, was in line to buy tickets and my 2 kids (3 and 7) need to go the bathroom after a long drive. The so claimed Manager named Misty did not let them in since we don't have tickets!!! I told her I'm in line to get the tickets and her escape goat" company policy".. We were here earlier today for 2 hours and asked what time they close so we could nap the kids and come back. We were told 7pm. We returned at 5:55pm. Upon return the doors were locked and we were let in by a customer going out. We were told we only had half an hour. That was not the issue, even though I was misinformed. They would not allow my grandchildren's father in. They said they were closed. Upon asking for clarification, the manager became irritated and told another worker, deal with her, i'm done with her. It was totally inappropriate behavior. I'm hopeful you record at your location so you can verify. I have many grandchildren and love supporting our community. However, it was our first and definitely our last visit. Additionally, upon check in, she was taking care of me at the register. The fire department arrived and she abruptly started cussing and didn't excuse herself when leaving to attend to them. The service was just awful. The place can also use someone to clean and service the restrooms. Such a shame, could have been a different experience with courteous and caring staff. read more

It was my first time taking my daughter, she's 2 1/2. As soon as we went inside she was so excited and wanted to go play right away. This is a great place to go for your kiddos. Lots to do and different "skill level" slides. For the most part, the employees are there when needed, which if you have common sense, you won't even need to communicate with them. Everything's layed out very easy to see, walk through and safe. They go to great lengths to make sure your child doesn't leave with a stranger with QR code bracelets for parent and child. They also take a picture with you and your child when you buy the 10 pack. Although I'm not sure if it's for safety reasons or to make sure you don't share the 10 pack? (Although it doesn't say you're restricted in any way with WHO uses it). Complaints: -They've raised food prices a couple times now. They had a soft serve ice cream cone for $1 for quite some time, now it's $2. (We'll go to Yogurtland instead) -They have two brand new big TVs set up in the parents lounge/eating area. They're NEVER on. I was hoping they'd have NFL Sunday Ticket, so dads could watch football while their kids run amok. I asked an employee. Nope! -NO WiFi, free or otherwise. I'm sorry, but WHAT business that relies on customer retention DOESN'T have free WiFi??? I'm a work from home dad, so when I can get out of the house with my daughter in a place where I feel comfortable letting my daughter go off and have fun on her own, I try to get some work done. Almost all my work involves the Internet, so WiFi is very important to me when finding new play places. If BBs addresses those issues in the near future, I will reflect those changes in this review. We bought a 10 pack a couple months back and probably won't get another unless they get some WiFi in there. Other similar play places have WiFi, so we'll start trying them out. read more

We love this place! I have only one daughter so we bought the 10 visit package ($75 and includes one free adult per visit) which is WAY cheaper than paying per visit. I wish they didn't charge both parents and the fact that charge MORE for the second parent is silly. I assume the idea behind he steep pricing is to prevent overcrowding and I suppose it's working because I have been there several times, including the weekend and each time it was totally fine. Everything is padded and netted so I love bringing my one year old here to practice her walking. I don't worry about her at all and she has a blast! They have hand sanitizer stations all over and the staff are friendly and engaging! The reason for a missing star: I would love to see a room for nursing mothers. The manager Amber is one of the worst human beings i've ever met. A disgusting human being. It was my brothers birthday and the manager Amber treated my mom with zero respect. My mother paid for a bunch of things on a list and got almost none of them. My mom was obviously frustrated and Amber told my mothers husband "make you wife happy." It got so bad to the point that the chef came out to help us because he felt so bad about how Amber was treating my mother. Obviously Amber did and said so many more things that I won't talk about. But I will say that she was yelling at her own employees for sitting at a managers desk because they were trying to help the clients. Literally printing papers of the children's names because the manager wasn't doing so and then proceeded to get yelled at it for it. This place is awful... First of all, their staff does not take care of the place and they are absolutely rude and dismissive of families. They are all in need of true interpersonal skills, which they lack. The manager is deplorable, unfriendly and should not be running a place where kids play. There is no ability to address any issues because the manager will dismiss them as well as you and move on. There have been cockroaches that I have seen and a friend of mine seen on a separate occasion as well which have been brought up and dismissed. We will never go back to this place. I will encourage anyone who has a bad experience to contact the BBB as well so they are well informed that this place needs to be taken over by better management or shut down. The water fountains are broken, there has been caution tape on many areas for months and there is alway something broken. The BBB has rated this place as an F. ESA (new manager) is extremely unprofessional, when you ask her a direct question she can't even answer you, she's so overwhelmed that they are having a party during business hours. Okay I totally love this place. I have been trying to find a place to take my very energetic 1 and 2 year olds. I came across this place on Yelp and thought I would give it a try. First when we got there it was pretty crowded and I thought maybe it wasn't such a good idea but it's actually big enough that the people are so spread out that u don't notice just how many people are in there. So for my husband, our two toddlers and myself it was about $37. They did mention that the prices due go up during the spring and summer time, so if you want to go back a few times I do recommend that u buy the ten passes for $95. What I really liked about this place was that the slide and tubes are big enough for the adults to go thru. I was even able to slide down with both my toddlers on my lap. I will say that the slides do go pretty fast so hold on. Also it can get pretty hot but if you put your finger on the sensors it will trigger the cool air to come out of these tubes that they have installed in different areas around the play area. Also don't forget socks, they are required but if you don't have any you can buy some there for about $3.00. I couldn't get my kids to sit down and eat so I didn't try the food there sorry I don't have a review on that. If you want to use a locker just remember to bring your own lock, there is an area where you can leave your shoes so no need for a locker if that's all I have on you. read more

Had the worst experience today while attending my nieces birthday party. It was supposed to be a fun and memorable experience and turned out to be a nightmare. Some of the guests felt discriminated against and the whole experience was so negative I would not be able to cover everything here. Rude and lying staff (Chloe who lied about her name multiple times) Alma who is supposed to be the manager was rude and did not handle the situation as you would expect from someone hired to handle it. She was passing the blame to other employees and refuse to work with us. Nobody tried to remedy the situation and made us feel as though they did not care about our party.. they overbooked and didn't handle scheduling the right way as our party and someone else's overlapped. After waiting over 3 hours to get our food, after we asked over and over and the answer was always " it's in the oven " food never arrived, by this point almost all of our party had left. The few that were left we ridiculed and not allowed to sing my niece a happy birthday song as they were literally kicking us out. The whole experience was one no 8 year old should have to go trough. The food isn't great but since is at the mall you can grab something else and comeback. This place was the worst when it came to booking my daughters 7th bday party. After leaving numerous messages for someone to call me back to book a party, someone finally did. That should have been my first clue. Not to mention when you call, you can't get any live human being to speak to. It's all "leave a message" we'll get back to you. Nonetheless, we booked. Few days before the party they sent me a link to book a waiver and told me to share it with my guests. I did. They said this would make it easier with check and have our guests go in quickly. Upon arrival, everyone's link was to a diff store. I explained they sent me this link and the lady in charge was so rude. She said, "Well, it's wrong. They gave to do it all over and wait as we process and check in." Our guests had to wait 30 minutes before entering. We asked if we can put the balloons and cake in the room. She said no, it's not official your time for the room (official time was 11-1). It was 10:50am. They didn't show us our room, we had to find it ourselves. They forgot to give each kid socks then got mad at me, the host, for not having the kids wear them. I said you didn't give them out. She was so rude. Staff was horrible, not helpful. The only person who was kind and helpful was Chloe. She tried to make the experience better, but her colleagues ruined it. At the time of food. Our pizzas were suppose to be ready at 11:30-11:40 so we can do cake shortly after. The pizzas were late getting there at 12ish. I thought since they were late than they'd understand they pushed our stuff back too. When food came, they didn't serve or help serve, when it was time for cake they didn't cut it and help pass it. Didn't check on us to see if we needed cups, napkins or utensils. We didn't have any and had to go find them ourselves. Than at 12:40 they came to ask if WE needed help to clean up. I was shocked. Spent $1,000 on this place and you're going to make me take time out of the 2 hours I booked to clean?? At 1:02 someone came in and said you gotta go and started touching our things (I.e. presents, food) and moving stuff. Honestly they were horrible and I do not recommend you EVER book with them. I had booked a big group of kids and had to pay $40 extra per kid. Before the party even started I explained two kids couldn't make it Bc of Covid/illness so please take them off. They wouldn't refund me the $80 and said call corporate. I asked for a corporate number and they wouldn't give it to me. Couldn't find a number online or even a place to file a complaint. Then I called the store back and the same horrible lady wouldn't let me speak to the manager, Ian. I demanded a number for corporate and she just gave me a number to a different store. That store doesn't take calls and you can't leave a voicemail because the message box is full. Ridiculous. I will never ever go back there and plan on making a complaint to BBB. They have HORRIBLE complaints on BBB as well. Don't book a party here. read more

Wow this place has taken a massive plunge downhill. From the moment we came in the whole experience was negative. The employees are lazy and miserable. I can confidently say these were the worst employees I've ever dealt with. Yelling, ignoring, unhelpful etc. One was texting during our transaction and hardly made eye contact. He told us he gave us a military discount but did not. Lied right to my face. There was not once a "hi welcome to billy beez" or a "hi how are you today" we were merely an annoyance. Not even a smile. There's a new manager who just took over and I feel for him having to take over an establishment that has such little regard for the satisfaction of its customers. Customers are what gives a profit to the establishment and its employees. Without us, these employees would be jobless. The place wasn't busy, I've seen it much fuller and the time for 3 slices of pizza took 20 minutes. It's incredibly filthy as well.
