I really wanted to try it! Plus they have a promo where all sizes of icees are only 79 cents (before tax). The largest size here is 24 ounces. This location offered 5 different flavors of Icee (blue raspberry, cherry, Mountain Dew, tropical fusion & pineapple mango). I ended up mixing Blue Raspberry & pineapple mango! Very good. The tropical fusion wasn't working when I stopped in but sounds like a good flavor as well. Store for the most part looked clean, neat & fully stocked. Not much interaction with the staff. Gas prices were the same as anywhere else in the neighborhood (expect Sam Club, which is where I go for gas, usually about 10 cents cheaper). They do have a rewards program where you save a few cents per gallon which is nice.

Like practically upscale fancy (for a gas station), clean and well-lit, with a decent selection of REAL food (produce, milk, eggs, etc.) in addition to the typical junk fare. I was also impressed by the tap smoothie and protein shake dispensers alongside the coffee brews and soda fountain. Bakery items were actively being discounted when we arrived, and were extremely tempting flavors like pumpkin white chocolate chip. Perhaps needless to say, we walked out with more than hubbie's cup of coffee. X'D Making your shop look nice (while staying affordable) works y'all! Honestly this trend of gas stations that TRY is refreshing; it doesn't have to feel like you're slumming it or one step above peeing on the side of the road. Next time I need a quick something, I may in fact prioritize Kwik Trip over say Holiday or Speedway. Also the employees working here were friendly and efficient. I struggled to even find a single grain of rice that wasn't raw and hard and since I had mixed my rice with my tofu it nearly ruined lunch. I wouldn't call this experience indicative of of Eastsides typical good quality food, so I wont judge too harshly, but I hope this experience wont repeat itself.

Using the "rest" of the tank tonight. Now I know. Sorry Dokken's and Swap-n-go. Not sure if this update or just delete is a better apology. Side note, as far as propane fill goes, Swap-n-go and most other easy-swap propane vendors fill the tank less than the tank can handle as specified by the tank manufacturer and stamped on the side of the tank. To fill the tank as full as possible (save refill trips) and only pay for what you add to the tank (as opposed to swapping your container for another less-than-full one), go to Hiawatha Reddy Rents not far from Dokken's (business hours only though!). Cool dudes, and again, bring your half-full tank and pay for only a half a tank fill.
