Very friendly cashier that greeted me when I walked in. This store was very clean. I loved the little table to sit down and wait or eat instead of eating in your car. It's the little things (like the table with two chairs) that are a nice touch and bring a bit of a smile to my face when I see them. They have a cookie competition going on - vote for them! There was a plethora of cookies, muffins, and doughnuts galore inside the display case. It was well stocked and everything looked fresh. The cashier was very helpful when I was checking out as I requested something that was behind the counter. She took the time to say what they had so I could pick which item I wanted. I didn't notice when I pulled in but it seems that one side is regular fuel and the other side offers diesel. Nice that they are separated for trucks to pull around into. This location is the only one on the road where you turn in. There is a turnaround at the end of the road for people to stop and pull themselves together or to turn around if they made a wrong turn. Not sure about a car wash? I didn't see one when I was there - but I could have missed it.

The longest I've ever had to wait here was a couple of minutes while the dude in line ahead of me decides his lotto picks. I'm impressed with their service (quick), as well as the "specials" they usually run. I'm a local & the staff seem to know our area well (to help lost patrons). Today their top-shelf coffees/lattes Karuba Gold was only $1.19 +tax. Great! The only problems with this Kwik Trip is it's not a direct in-and-out station (have to take the side road to enter/exit); and the pumps can get busy during the day hours (just try to be patient people). I try to time my visits in the evenings when it's not busy.

I love their snazzy smoothie machine. There's also coffee machines with whipped toppings and syrups. My only criticism is that sometimes I get charged the wrong price for what's in my cup. Since COVID is still present in the area, they have little "6 ft away" stickers on the ground for places people can stand to maintain distance. Their "start here" line for the cash register can be a bit confusing as the divider to guide people to the registers is off to the side and most of the time I go in here the line is always in a different direction. Not a dealbreaker but just something I've noticed whenever I visit. All that matters is we all form some type of line and get the items we need! Several times I have taken my Cub reward card to Holiday in Blaine on Radisson and 109th and they…read morehave been unable to issue the credit allowed on my Cub card. I made 4 trips from the pump back into the store/station to try and solve the problem, but I lost the fight. According to Cub Foods, I should be able to simply insert the red card into the pump and receive the credit per gallon I have earned by shopping at Cub. Never, I say NEVER, has the pump ever accepted my red Cub card. My card today had 60 cents a gallon credit coming!! So I make the trip into the store, tell the usually inexperienced cashier/clerk the problem and (s)he tells me to estimate how much gas I will need, pay that amount with my credit card, come back in and pay the balance if there is one and they will give the credit on my card. Never works. I couldn't even begin to guess how many gallons I'd needed. Today I chose $30. I went back out to the pump and the pump shut off at $30. I went back into store and was informed I should have guessed more. Now the Cub credit is gone. I had to go back to pump, put in my credit card and pay full price for another $35 of gas. Back into store...finally got the manager who 'graciously' gave me another 30 cents off per gallon. I ended up losing 30 cents per gallon credit, became exhausted in 91degree heat as I'm 85 years old. Can't you get pumps that will accept the Cub reward card like it should? I swear I will never buy gas at Holiday and I plan to tell all my friends and customers (yes, I'm still working full time!!) about your terrible service and equipment.
