We hired Sean in Feb of 2019…read more Sean is extremely professional. Sean was hired for a big 2 story house in the Rancho Vista area, to paint the inside and out. Sean showed up promptly in the morning each and everyday putting in a long hard days work. Unfortunately, we had several rain delays and Sean always called to let us know what's going on and weather permitting when the job would be finished. Normally Sean is a one man show. Well, because of the delays Sean hired in some help to make up for the lost painting days due to rain. While Sean was painting he overheard me talking about bringing in a plumber for a leak under the sink. He took a break from what he was doing, diagnosed the issue, told me what parts to get and even helped with the install. That's just the kind of guy Sean is. He will go above and beyond to help and ensure you absolutely satisfied with his work. If your in need of a home paint job I highly recommend you call Sean and have him come out for a free estimate. His work and the paint that he uses is top notch. Thanks Sean, our house looks beautiful. P.S. I've received several compliments from the neighbors on how good the freshly painted house looks. Please message me on Yelp if you need further convincing to hire "Sean's Custom painting."

We came to Julian with a vague idea, of creating an empty area into a kid's play room. Julian did not let us down, he worked with us on creating a vision while keeping our budget in mind. We gave Julian the theme of "magical space" and he did not disappoint, he had multiple ideas that we loved and embraced, including the IR sensors to turn on LED lights and installing a secret bookshelf with a hidden lock to access the space. This allowed us to have our child use a magical spell and wand to turn on certain lights. This was a large project, which involved moving electrical wiring, plumbing, and support beams. In the end Julian helped us turn a seldom used under the staircase closet into a great "Harry Potter" themed play area with increased storage for our children, this playroom will bring great memories for many years for them!
