They did renovations and cabinetry in my building and went AWOL half way through. The place is trashed and despite repeated requests for them to clean up their mess so I can bring in another crew, they are simply ghosting me. It is going to cost me thousands of dollars to get REAL pros in behind them to clean up their mess and finish the job. We purchased all new kitchen appliances and discovered during installation that the wall oven and cooktop would not fit together in our existing cabinetry. I called Grantham's and Chuck came out a few days later for a free estimate. He apologized for the slight delay, but they were busy (which is a good sign). The estimate was very reasonable, and he said they could do the work the following day. Chuck and Raymond came back on time the next morning. They discussed the plan, with Raymond being the one to do the actual work. He had to cut into the existing cabinetry, and add on some wood in other places for a neat, flush fit around the oven. He did such a great and precise job! Everything fit perfectly and matched our existing cabinetry so well! He left everything cleaner than he found it and was extremely polite. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

I found out this is not just a painting company! Cabinets, floors, bathrooms, you name it! The guys are prompt, respectful, and they all do a great job! Chuck could charge you to do everything but he'll give you pointers on how to save money on things you can do yourself. The fact that he personally oversees the work is what keeps the quality high. I am so glad I found Grantham's Painting. I had first contacted another painter I found on NextDoor who called me three days later and had a very limited schedule, no biggie, I assumed professional painters would have a busy schedule. I then reluctantly checked out Yelp and found Grantham's. Chuck returned my call a day later and actually apologized for taking so long to callback! I needed drywall repair and painting done on my 2nd floor ceiling. He and his worker did SUCH a great job, you couldn't even tell there was a repair done. Pricing was great, and being a single mom I have a very tight budget. Chuck is very courteous and professional and the best part is, there was no clean up for me to do! We had the pleasure of meeting Chuck Grantham to discuss our plan. From the minute we met, he was focused on our best interest and gave us options to fit our needs. He was up front, honest, and very professional. Once the timeline was set, it was magical to see the beautiful transformation from our very old, damaged, and outdated kitchen to a gorgeous renovation I've waited for over 15 years to receive.....well it was worth the wait. Chuck and his staff were amazing with our family ranging from a 3 year old to my 85 year old mother to fur babies and constant extended family visiting to check out the progress. Excellent customer service and promptness. When I saw the work that was done to my co-workers kitchen I was in awe. They did an amazing job. I contracted Chuck and his crew to come out and install and paint custom French doors. They look beautiful. His staff was professional, detailed and friendly. Most companies leave you with a mess after they complete the job, not Grantham's, they cleaned up after themselves. Not only did they install and paint my doors, this company fixed a minor leak in my kitchen, patched and painted my wall. You would never tell the dry wall was cut through. AMAZING!!
