Kind people from the Blue community brought us up to Luna Lake where we had cell service and called Tow to the Rescue. The woman dispatcher was helpful, efficient, friendly and accurate as to getting our info and the time a tow truck would arrive. Matt, the tow truck driver, arrived on time and asked us about the situation. We drove the 10-15 miles down to the 4runner and Matt expertly loaded the vehicle and then amazingly backed the half mile down the narrow bumpy forest service road. Most impressive. We took the 4runner all the way back to Show Low for repairs, which is a long drive, but Matt is an intelligent, friendly, kind and interesting person making the trip back to Show Low a pleasure. They said it was dispatched. 9 hours later, I hadn't heard anything, so I checked my car's location. Still on the side of the road on an Indian reservation. So I tried to chat and they told me it would be 2 days. Then 3. Unacceptable. They told me no local tow companies had accepted the job. Called Nuttall's and they said they had not received a dispatch to accept or decline. They went and got it for me at 12:30 am so that it didn't sit out all night. And they said it was less miles than they originally quoted me so it was a little cheaper! Great company with great service. State Farm's roadside assistance-not so much! Thanks for your help guys!

We were lucky not to get in an accident. We drove 4 miles to the freeway exit, driving 20 mph. We pulled into a truck stop and realized we had a gaping hole in our tire. We immediately called Triple A. Two hours later, we were still sitting in the car in 28 degree weather with snow on the ground. Triple A was just giving us the runaround and we needed to act fast, because the tire store was closing soon. We called Robert at Deuces Towing, and he arrived in 15 minutes. Not only did the tow truck arrive ( driven by his son) Robert arrived in his OWN vehicle to drive us to the tire store. Talk about 1st Class Service. We are so grateful for this company.

At times, nothing was visible because the wind kept blowing snow everywhere. Unfortunately, I made the decision to pull off to the side of the road and leave my vehicle there until the snow slows. DPS decides however, that I am parked in the middle of the road and has my vehicle towed. I understand that is a risk I took. I'm calling around to see where it was towed to and I phone this company. A nice man answers and is polite as he explains that yes, they did tow a vehicle from near the resort, he does not know what kind of vehicle, but could I phone back in about 15 minutes, there will be someone in to help me at that time. I phone back about 30 minutes later and am told yes, it is there, it will be $337.80 to get it out and $30 per day storage, bring a picture I.D. and proof of ownership. About 2 hours later, I phone again to get the exact amount due if I were to come in that morning, the lady rudely tells me "it is what I told you was due this morning" I apologize, explain that I am new to having anything towed, this is a stressful situation, I am not rich but I do want to make sure I have enough to get it out. "I do not know if you guys have already tacked on $30, I do not know if this includes tax, you do not have to be rude, I know I owe." She tells me, "ma'am, if you want me to be rude, I can be rude." About 20 minutes later, I am again at their mercy. We cannot find the title, so I want to know what they consider proof of ownership. They must have caller I.D. as it takes a while longer for someone to pick up and this time it is a different lady. She tells me a picture I.D. is all they need. I explain about the rudeness of the other lady and this lady just says, "I don't know anything about that". I tell her "I work in one of the businesses where you guys leave your cards and I have NEVER been rude to any of you when you drop off cards. I am always giving your cards to customers seeking roadside assistance. If this is your attitude please do not bring any more cards to my place of employment and know that the cards that are there now will be going in the trash." Her: "That's fine, just come pick up your vehicle." These people are RUDE, RUDE, and RUDE. If you can avoid them, AVOID THEM!!! $330 plus is not "chump change" and decent customer service should be included in the price.
