I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company. For everyone seeing this I spent many years in the Army and I'm a combat veteran so I'm not sure why Nick decided this was relevant to text me when all I was asking was for an invoice so I know why I was charged such an obscene amount. If the invoice looked correct I would have deleted my initial review and went my way but I know that wouldn't have happened which is exactly why he still refuses to send it, something I'm owed as a consumer. I will be disputing $350 of the $946.49 charged to me and will be contacting the BBB over the unprofessional texts that were very unnecessary and unprofessional. These screenshots say a lot about Nick and your company's character.

This is the third motor that they will be installing into our one (1) owner, ran great and quite. Took it to Haralson's for a radiator & tires.. Nine (9) months and $11,000.00 later we got it back.. It sounded like a thrashing machine and loud...we took it to an independent shop to check it out because did not feel comfortable driving it.. The independent shop found that the timing was off, 4 bolts- 3 missing, 1 not even finger tight and the water pump was leaking, just for starters... The mechanic dropped a bolt down the intake, in our original motor, the second one they are blaming the motor company for the motor having a grove in it and that is why the water pump is leaking ? Right !!! Now we are waiting to hear when the new motor will be in and installed.. My main complaint this time is The treatment I am receiving, like I am the bad guy ?? The manager (Cari) at the Taylor, AZ shop is not getting back with me, I have called the main office In Sanford, AZ I've talked to Joey (Manager), Shawn Haralson and someone named Chris.. I have talked to all of them, and left voice maiLes.. No one has gotten back with me. I called and asked to speak with the Owner ( Casey Haralson ) a gentleman named Chris said she was not there could he help me, I started to tell him my name and the situation and that we needed a loaner because we couldn't go another nine (9) months without our truck.. he said he would talk to Casey and call me back in an hour, that was two(2) days ago !! I've tried to call three or four times during business hours, they see my number and just let it ring and ring. My advice to anyone considering, thinking or wondering if they should take their vehicle to Haralson's DO NOT. The staff were always friendly, personaliable and the interior was cared for with a waiting room. (I prefer to drop and leave to run errands). In short time my vehicles were completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. I certainly do not appreciate you trying to justify or make excuses for Rex. It is like you are trying to feed me the same BS that he did. It is a crooked way of doing business. We made an appointment at the Pinetop Future Tire location for our truck to get an alignment and…read moretire balance on a Friday. We recently had the tires rotated by our mechanic and he recommended getting the tires balanced and aligned following that. At that time, the truck was driving fine, but we followed the recommendation to get the work completed to be sure. I paid $205 for the work. The next day we drove the truck to the valley and noticed that it was pulling to the right significantly. I called the Pinetop office that Monday morning and they said to bring it back so they could look at it. When my husband dropped it off, they said they were unable to locate the service record and asked him if he was sure they did the work. They said they had never worked on our truck and didn't have the license plate on file. My husband said that the person who was denying they'd worked on it was the same guy he spoke with when we dropped it off that Friday before. I provided the invoice number and the work order summary they gave me on Friday and then they recalled providing the service. They then shared that their alignment machine was broken, so they called the Lakeside location and asked us to take it there the following morning. This is the only vehicle we own, so we worked out plans to have someone help drop it off the next day at 8:00. They said it should be done by 11:30. When my husband arrived at 11:30, they shared that they were having issues and it was not done. They also said that they were losing money on us because it was taking so long. Finally they finished at 1:50 PM. The Lakeside shop did not charge us since this was due to poor workmanship at the Pinetop shop. Save your money and take your vehicle to a shop that will get the job done right the first time, provide better customer service, and maintain adequate service records.
