Recently we held a brat forward event and tried the traditional, honey mustard, jalapeño cheddar, Reuben and chicken feta. Each type was amazing. The honey mustard was a favorite for anyone who chose it. I tried both the jalapeño cheddar and the Reuben. I love a jalapeño cheddar brat and this is the best! Warm heat and perfect proportion of cheddar and sausage. Delicious right off the grill and amazing reheated later. Enjoyed with pasta for a lunch and with potatoes for a breakfast. I tried the Reuben brat out of curiosity. I am a fan of a Rachel and not a Reuben but gave this a go. It was wonderful. The perfection of flavors and the best cheese bite every bite of the sausage. Also reheated and was delicious as leftover. Could not recommend this place higher.

First time here. I was attending a Yelp Event…read more I was super impressed with the store. I checked and there are lots of stores in the Chicago area but this appears to be the first in the Milwaukee area. It's a interesting concept. Everything is frozen, including meats, fish, vegetables and meals. There is a large selection of interesting, or what might be considered exotic foods. You can get cuts of Elk, Bison, and Venison. They have organ meats and oxtails. They have a large selection of shrimp, and some that are so big that you might mistake them for lobster. For many of the items, there are plenty of choices. For example there is not just one salmon or shrimp selection. They have at least 12 different types to choose from. For different locations, different types, different, and different types of production standards (organic, non-gmo, pasture raised, etc) The store is well organized. All of the standing freezers or wall units are neatly packed and well labeled. Pricing is easy to discern. It's easy to shop and find what you are looking for. I found the help to all be helpful, and friendly. The staff at the registers were patient, and chatty. I bought a couple of items, and looking forward to cooking up the pasture raised chicken (breasts) and the Gulf Coast shrimp. This is not my side of town, so it's a little out of my way. However, they explained that for $29 you can get a year of free deliveries. That's a great deal!

A variety of buns and beverages are also on-hand which makes a stop here easy and convenient. They have a rewards program that you can sign up for in a pinch. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is free and located in the lot on the side of the building. All in all, I love coming here for some tasty food.

There were a couple of trips to the back, along with checks of the packaged items and frozen section, but nothing turned up. Too bad. Not a successful first visit. FYI. I ended up going to Ray's Butcher on Loomis, and they had plenty of one pound containers of gizzards.

I was surprised to enter and find their shelves all nearly empty. They had signs and it seems as though their business is struggling and they're currently prioritizing the meat counter and deli. Fortunately, we were primarily there for their deli. That said, something to note, this isn't a store I'd stop in thinking I might be able to get a few shelf staples. Their shelves were bare. I went to the deli and clearly the word is out on their chicken salad. They have a sign that explains they are limiting customers to two pounds of chicken salad due to high demand. We got a pound of that, a pound of their mustard potato salad, and a pound of their deilved egg potato salad. The chicken salad was really good. One thing I loved about it was the texture. It was finely shredded which I prefer. It was well seasoned and wasn't overly mayo-y. Of the two potato salads, I thought prefer the deviled egg potato salad. It was good but a bit plain for me. The mustard potato salad, on the other hand, was great with just the right amount of mustard and seasoning. The service was lovely and the prices were reasonable. Get to it.
