Twice a year they have a big blow-out sale on a Saturday. They are recently under new ownership but they still had the sale in fall. Klement's produces many private label products. At the sale you can pick up a pound of sausage for a buck and there are many other deals. Plan to wait in line but you can walk out with a full cart of meat for under $40!

The set up looks like a big empty space and all the meats are inside small slide top fridges or are behind a glass display. I guess it's more sanitary that way? Anyway the prices were great and I got a ton of different types of meats to take back home. I got some sliced meats that I made sandwiches with when I got back to my hotel. A perfect lunch! She said she would have a "fresh" batch in two weeks. And the by the way it will be double the price. I am not sure what world people feel two year old products are acceptable but clearly now I will question all the products. No compensation, no I am sorry.
