However, I had questions and tried to followup with the operations manager who was very unprofessional, lied to me multiple times, yelled at me, then tried to gaslight me into thinking he had addressed my concern. I followed up with Thurston County, who time stamps all electronic communication to verify and received proof that he lied. I called again and he yelled at me again so I hung up. I called back to speak to the owner of the business and he essentially said he didn't really care and he "trusts" him. So I paid over a grand to a company to be treated like shit and lied to. Our septic system failed the week before Thanksgiving. We were required to install a new system. After the septic design was completed, our septic design was sent to several companies in Thurston County. Brandon from Bay Shore came out reviewed our site provided detailed information on the install process, how a pump system worked and would be installed. Next Todd, their project manager, called and stated they were able to start our project within 2 days. System was installed within 3 days. Todd and Brandon assisted us with removing excess dirt and rock from our site. Their quick scheduling and communication meant we were down a minimal amount of time without a septic system. Todd's communication throughout the project was 5 stars. He kept us informed daily and was pleasant to work with. The crew on site worked hard each day and kept the project on schedule.
