Court had a surface issue and I addressed it with the 2 kids they sent. They assured me that it would be fine and I trusted them. It wasn't, so I called and I'm assuming it was the owner with an unknown number who called me back. To make a long story short all blame was thrown on me and that the tech communicated at every step with me. Not true, I had an appointment date a month prior for the work and they didn't show or call. After I called they told me they will come the next day. They showed up at 4pm on a Tuesday and I didn't see them till the following week. They have no intentions on working things out other then to cast blame and excuses with no solutions. Do your self a favor and look for another company.

I had 4 estimates for the repair and chose Empire Masonry because of Javier's thorough estimate he provided. Everything was written out to the exact specs of what he was going to do for the job. He got to my house promptly first thing in the morning and completed the job in 2 days. I was extremely satisfied with the wall he built and the repair to my stoop that was needed to create the new retaining wall. Once he was completed, he cleaned up his workspace and everything looked great! I would highly recommend his company.

First and foremost, I just want to say that Frank was friendly right from the start. Came to my…read morehouse to provide an estimate free of charge, looked at the house, the backyard, took a few measurements and asked what my husband's and I's hopes were for our new patio. While my husband and I were more than open to suggestions, Frank nailed exactly what we had envisioned from the start. He provided us with materials to review together and we just ended up loving what he had suggested. I felt a sense of security and comfort after meeting him - I am so glad we moved forward using Blue Diamond! Frank wrote up our contract, mailed it for signature and was flexible about starting as we had to demo the deck we had which was no easy task but we knew we could do that ourselves until we got to the removal of the posts which were filled in with concrete! I called Frank in a panic on a Sunday night and he responded with "No problem! We can take care of that for you! Don't worry, Andrea!" Showed up the next day with his partner, Chris and they whipped through that post removal - 1,2,3! It was impressive. The job took a week or so. Frank & Chris were meticulous with everything they did from setting the new stairs, to veneering them, creating a level surface for the pavers and finally right down to placing each paver ever so perfectly! I had the utmost trust in both of them and I can't say enough about their work ethic. They were so kind on top of all of it. Even after a tiring day of back breaking work - they still had a smile on their faces when I would go check in. Sign of two people who genuinely just love what they do!!! We're in love with our new patio and can't wait to enjoy it for many, many years to come! I highly recommend Frank and Chris for your masonry needs!
