Regardless that Milton provided us the best quote, the work Milton and his team had done for the entry stoop and walkway pavers is art piece. He is reliable, responsible, and creativity. He and his team were always looking for better solutions for any challenges during the process, and finished the project in a timely manner that was way beyond our expectations. The work they do is not only about the look but also thinking beyond the structure, craftsmanships, and Professional. BTW, I like all of their professional power tools, especially the masonry table saw that ensure the precise of every block cut.

Great service & great work. When I first contacted Benjamin, he got right back to me. (Seems to be…read morea rarity that contractors do that these days, but he did). His crew was just a pleasure to have on my property, where they trimmed back very tall arborvitae along both sides of my yard. I could not be more satisfied with how they handled the work, how polite & accommodating his crew was. Arborvitae trimming was perfect. Just to let you know how careful they were, I have hostas growing in beds stretching from one end of the arborvitae to the other, about 60 feet on both sides. When they were done trimming & cleaning up (great clean up job too), not one hosta was crushed or damaged. Take note of that because this trimming job was not easy. They were extremely careful. You want tree or shrub service done at your house. Benjamin at JIREH PROPERTY MAINTENANCE is the company to call, bar none!! They are now my "go to" company & I will us them again. Thanks Benjamin!! Let me start off by saying the owner, Manuel, was a pleasure to work with. He contacted us within 1 hour and came to our home a day later for an estimate. Not only is he professional, reliable, and very hardworking, his prices are also very reasonable. Manuel and his crew always showed up on time, did exactly what they had to do and at the end of the day made sure everything was cleaned up. He also gave us several suggestions that we didn't even think of to make sure the finished project looked perfect. This company was wonderful from start to finish. We are very happy and would highly recommend Hemm Contractor Corp.

His team came out and - wow! - they set up scaffolding, covered our grill and outdoor furniture (to protect from mortar dust), ground out the old mortar, meticulously re-mortared the top section (yes, I climbed up to inspect closely), re-sealed the flu and cleaned up all in one day. I recently moved into a flip and, to both of our surprise, discovered feet of concrete and bricks stuffed in the middle of my chimney -- meaning my hot water heater and gas line weren't venting properly. Oscar and his team quite literally saved my life. When you buy a new home, you never know what surprises are waiting behind the walls. Oscar went above and beyond to make sure I was safe, that the job was done correctly, and that they'd leave with absolutely no trace they were ever there. Mid-project, they had to open a wall, and not only did they patch the drywall, but they painted it, too -- you'd never know it was touched. He took the time to explain everything in detail so I could actually understand the process, documented every step, and made me feel like a true partner in the project. One thing he said that really stuck with me was: "I know you own the house, but it's our fireplace now." That level of care and pride in his work says it all. Oscar is the definition of integrity, skill, and kindness. If you're lucky enough to get on his schedule, you're in the best hands possible. I can't recommend him highly enough.
