On that day I was given a written estimate including the guarantee & full explanation of what would take place. Also a time frame for when these things would happen. March 18, 2026: I signed the contract. March 30, 2026: My old shabby posts removed & disposed. Then the new posts were cemented in. April 3, 2026: All gates were put up. Beautiful! This turned out to be a great decision, as the experience from start to finish was phenomenal. Jose measured out everything, described the process thoroughly, quoted me a great price, and executed to the exact specifications and time frame. In addition, he was also great at dealing with our neighbors when they decided to come out to aggressively question him and his workers (sorry about that Jose!).
