The frame wasn't in the best shape so I needed some help with that. Ken showed up 5 minutes before he said he would (which I LOVE - I hate when people are late) and was professional, polite, and took notes. He got me a quote the following morning which was far more reasonable than others in the area. We scheduled the replacement for 8AM and him and his friendly assistant were here at 7:55. Work was done and completed perfectly within an hour. He also does decks, painting, electric, and floors (and so much more!). Cannot recommend Ken enough.

He arrived a few minutes ahead of the appointment time, always good to be on time. From there he was a professional from the start till the end. He came with proper PPE and washed his hands. He brought in his tools required to get the job done. The TV was unboxed, staged and the brackets were installed on the wall. After which we worked together to mount this beast 85 TV onto the bracket. From there, the TV was secured to the mount. Lastly, the job site was clean. He did his best to keep the job site clean and in the end vacuum away any leftover dust. Very satisfied with the job and a good reasonable person to work with.
