I already knew the old roof needed to be replaced but had dreaded going through the process. With a giant rain and wind storm coming the next day, Nancy called and actually arranged to have Gus Anax do the repair ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON so that I would not have to deal with the damage that was sure to ensue! I was amazed to have come across a company that actually cares, especially to this extent, about a potential customer! I have never before had the pleasure of such kind professionals working with me in so attentive a manner before. The repair was done, and I was able to sleep soundly through the storm rather than watching my ceiling collapse! Going forward, I received a quote to have my old roof replaced that was absolutely within the price range I was expecting. Of course, I was delighted to receive a quote that I could afford but equally important, I felt a full sense of confidence in going ahead with the folks at Anax. They were very professional and informative, not to mention patient, throughout the process of selecting the roof material and giving me an understanding of the roofing process. They could not have been more helpful to this rather nervous customer. I need not have had any anxiety about having this job done, thanks to Gus Anax Home Improvements' professionalism and expertise! Gus and his team of skilled workmen set to work methodically and with great care. They were a pleasure to have at my house. I honestly do not have one single thing to say in the way of even the smallest complaint. Rather, I can only praise this fine company. What a great experience this has been, start to finish. With my wonderful new roof, my house looks far better than I could even have imagined. The roof is so pretty and greatly enhances the entire appearance of my property. (I have greenish-grey siding with dark green trim/red front door - - I went with Colonial Slate for the roof, and honestly, it looks like a storybook house -- exactly the effect I was going for!) My neighbors have all commented on how great the house looks and how charming the new roof makes it. In closing, I am delighted, in every way, to have had this job done by Gus Anax Home Improvements and plan to continue to enjoy having all my home needs taken care of by them. As such a satisfied customer, I was thrilled to learn of their full line of services. I cannot recommend Gus Anax Home Improvements highly enough. THANK YOU Gus, Nancy, & Co.!!!

Sitescapes owner, Neil Markey, showed a genuine depth of experience and knowledge with design, hardscape, plantings, and accent lighting. Neil carefully listened to our vision for the project. He walked with us through the property and combined our wish list with his artistic talents. Neil provided a written plan, offered options, and patiently considered our opinions. Once the landscape design plan was in place, Neil and his team initiated and completed the project within the timeline as promised. He and his team worked tirelessly, coordinated tasks safely, and communicated clearly through each phase of the operation. As weather or supply chain influenced the weekly tasks, Neil smoothly adapted the project to stay on target with steady progress. Our project included rock wall gardens, slate walkways, drainage considerations, a new driveway, Belgian block aprons, plantings, irrigation, accent lighting and village permits. Every step of the way, we were in good hands with Neil. Now as we walk through the property, we appreciate the beauty and workmanship created by Sitescapes. We highly recommend Neil and his hardworking team for their knowledge and capabilities. They will do wonders for your landscape and your home.

His company is one that was recommended by Angi and honestly now I am skeptical of Angi and will never use them again either after this experience. We wanted trek stairs going from the patio to a side door and pavers all around as the patio. Gramarossa are not professionals. The guys they hire seem to be randomly plucked off the street as they have no clue what they were doing. I should have known because when I spoke to Ben he said they did not do trek steps, only masonry. I set an appointment anyway because I figured maybe I can hire someone else to do my trek steps. Yet when he spoke to my husband a few days later (I was at work) he said they do them. It was a disaster from the moment the backyard pavers were laid out. The whole thing was literally slanted sideways by probably 10-15 degrees. In fact the next day the whole thing had to take down and redone. Ben claimed it happened unfortunately because he was not watching his men because he was too busy shopping for our trek materials. The trek steps was done by a man from an entirely different company. It seems they have hired him separately on the side to do it so they can have our business... and it was a SHOTTY job. Ben and his father was watching the man do the work and never said anything about how terrible it was... until we brought it up and they agreed it was not up to their standards. So If we were timid and didn't say anything, they would've definitely let it slide. Whatever. I was just glad they fixed everything without putting up a fight. But here's the thing that really made me angry. His men put their materials and mixed concrete on own brand new asphalt done the year prior, with no protection whatsoever so half of our newly done asphalt was sprinkled with dried concrete. Sadly we did not notice it when we paid because there was still dust and debri all thoughout and it was wet (they attempted to clean) so it was hard to see the stains. That is our fault for not noticing. But I'm annoyed because they knew it happened. I captured the entire thing on my ring camera where they were cleaning and the worker called Ben and his father over to show him the stains that did not come out. They stayed there for a long time trying to clean but it did not come out. No one said a word to us. I contacted Ben via text a week or so later after noticing the huge stains to which he denied it happened and that the stains came out. He said he will come by to power wash it to see if it would come out. We told him we tried. He said he will come by nonetheless but of course never showed up. He said his asphalt guy is not answering and is busy. That was the last of that. So... don't be cheap and hire these guys. I wish I had not.

Came to my…read morehouse to provide an estimate free of charge, looked at the house, the backyard, took a few measurements and asked what my husband's and I's hopes were for our new patio. While my husband and I were more than open to suggestions, Frank nailed exactly what we had envisioned from the start. He provided us with materials to review together and we just ended up loving what he had suggested. I felt a sense of security and comfort after meeting him - I am so glad we moved forward using Blue Diamond! Frank wrote up our contract, mailed it for signature and was flexible about starting as we had to demo the deck we had which was no easy task but we knew we could do that ourselves until we got to the removal of the posts which were filled in with concrete! I called Frank in a panic on a Sunday night and he responded with "No problem! We can take care of that for you! Don't worry, Andrea!" Showed up the next day with his partner, Chris and they whipped through that post removal - 1,2,3! It was impressive. The job took a week or so. Frank & Chris were meticulous with everything they did from setting the new stairs, to veneering them, creating a level surface for the pavers and finally right down to placing each paver ever so perfectly! I had the utmost trust in both of them and I can't say enough about their work ethic. They were so kind on top of all of it. Even after a tiring day of back breaking work - they still had a smile on their faces when I would go check in. Sign of two people who genuinely just love what they do!!! We're in love with our new patio and can't wait to enjoy it for many, many years to come! I highly recommend Frank and Chris for your masonry needs!
