This company installed a 6' vinyl fence at my home 2 years ago and all was fine...last winter…read moreduring a wind storm, 2 of the vertical posts started to lean back...and were about to fall. I contacted the company and they responded and sent a repair man out...all he did was shove concrete and stones down the hole while pushing the post back into a vertical position and I was charged $200 for the response and supposed repair...this year once again, because the repair was not done properly, during a windstorm 2 sections of the fence fell and the post that had the concrete/stones pushed down to support it fell and broke...now they want $750 to repair the fence...all it needs is one vertical post all other sections are still good and not broken...I asked if they would reduce the cost to $500 and they refused, saying the $750 was a firm price. I'm sorry, but if they would have repaired the fence properly in the first place by resetting the concrete and post, this wouldn't have happened. I would not recommend them again for any type of repair. I'm still open to hearing from them to work out a repair but not for $750. And I'm willing to update my review if this happens. VP Patchogue

But after reading those reviews in its entirety. My husband and I decided to give them a call for an estimate. I spoke with Joe the owner of The Paint Pro's. He was able to come out and give me an estimate that same day which was awesome. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time which is always a plus. We told him what we wanted painted but we really didn't have any colors in mind we just knew we needed a paint job. Joe suggested some colors that I would have never considered and little did we know that we would go with those suggested colors and our walls would look amazing. After the estimate the next day we decided that we wanted to go with The Paint Pro's. The price was very reasonable and if Joe feels that you don't need a wall or a room painted, he won't paint it, it not about painting more rooms to get extra money with this company. Joe had such an amazing personality. He was very pleasant, had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable about paint. Joe came that same day we called him and spackle the walls. The next day he arrived and began. The job was suppose to take two days. However, Joe finished everything in one day. Communication was excellent and he explained everything he was going to do and everything he was doing. Joe went above and beyond and definitely exceeded our expectations. I waited to write this review on purpose because I wanted to wait and let the Paint settle and look at it in every angle and under all the possible lighting and I have absolutely no complaints. Would I hire The Paint Pro's again. Absolutely

I called Marty and his team to come clear some brush and a few medium-sized trees on my property…read more Needless to say we were thrilled with the team's effort and efficiency and were able to reclaim a large portion of our yard back after years of overgrowth. While on the jobsite, Marty and his foreman pointed out I had a couple large, unsafe tree on my property (hollow) and encouraged me to take them down for the safety of my house. This would have been completely unnoticed as I do not have a trained eye for these types of things. Thankfully Marty and his team came back and removed the trees (please see photos). I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the outcome, and wonder what would have happened if Marty and his team had not pointed this out to me in time. We found his pricing to be incredible, the team left my property spotless and did an overall amazing job. He really does treat your property like it is his own. I can't recommend them enough.
