He provided previous customer contact numbers so I could reach out and receive first-hand feedback from them. In doing so, every single one of them commented on how professional Pascual was and the quality of his work. Some of them even sent pictures. My back stairs and landing took less than two days to complete. Watching him and his team work, it's clear they take pride in it. When demolishing the old stairs, he uncovered some poor craftsmanship and made sure to call it out and rectify it before covering it up again. Would gladly work with Pascual and his team again.

They covered up the outside of the house with tarps and even covered my barbecue with a piece of plywood to protect it. The workers were very courteous and respectful. I threw them a few curve balls while they were there. After they were more than half way through the job I asked if they could do the gutters also along with putting a piece of flashing that was left off for years due to the power lines being in the way. I got aprice and agreed to have it done, and they got everything done by that afternoon.The pricing was very good,the roof came out beautifully. The yard was left cleaner than when they got there. It was a very pleasant experience with no surprise extra charges. Todd was back and forth at the job site the whole time. This company installed a 6' vinyl fence at my home 2 years ago and all was fine...last winter…read moreduring a wind storm, 2 of the vertical posts started to lean back...and were about to fall. I contacted the company and they responded and sent a repair man out...all he did was shove concrete and stones down the hole while pushing the post back into a vertical position and I was charged $200 for the response and supposed repair...this year once again, because the repair was not done properly, during a windstorm 2 sections of the fence fell and the post that had the concrete/stones pushed down to support it fell and broke...now they want $750 to repair the fence...all it needs is one vertical post all other sections are still good and not broken...I asked if they would reduce the cost to $500 and they refused, saying the $750 was a firm price. I'm sorry, but if they would have repaired the fence properly in the first place by resetting the concrete and post, this wouldn't have happened. I would not recommend them again for any type of repair. I'm still open to hearing from them to work out a repair but not for $750. And I'm willing to update my review if this happens. VP Patchogue

Joe suggested some colors that I would have never considered and little did we know that we would go with those suggested colors and our walls would look amazing. After the estimate the next day we decided that we wanted to go with The Paint Pro's. The price was very reasonable and if Joe feels that you don't need a wall or a room painted, he won't paint it, it not about painting more rooms to get extra money with this company. While on the jobsite, Marty and his foreman pointed out I had a couple large, unsafe tree on my property (hollow) and encouraged me to take them down for the safety of my house. This would have been completely unnoticed as I do not have a trained eye for these types of things. Thankfully Marty and his team came back and removed the trees (please see photos). I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the outcome, and wonder what would have happened if Marty and his team had not pointed this out to me in time. Eventually, a quote request for paint also reached him and he was able to provide a quote for painting the entire property as well. Throughout the whole project, he was very responsive and provided picture updates periodically to show the progress. The final project was to replace roughly 1000 square feet of old carpet with luxury vinyl planks and to repaint all walls into one uniform color. Since it was two separate projects, I decided to hire Luis so the work can be done seamlessly. The initial quote also included replacing the existing baseboards but Luis reached out when they were removing the planks that most of it could be saved and repainted. He was able to save me almost $500 on the project. I did have some doubts at first as he did not have any reviews on Yelp at the time when I reached out in early Aug'24. After having the quotes and meeting his partner, Leonardo, I decided to proceed. The work was quick, around 1 week from start to finish and the place was left pretty much spotless.
